It’s a shame
Absolutely beautiful flowers from here!! However I went in today and the customer service is, well…. Non existent. It’s a shame really as people go into a florist for special occasions and the lady who served me made me feel very unwelcome!! No hello and no eye contact. I felt very uncomfortable!!

Order cancelled without explanation
I made an order on the website for a time sensitive bouquet. Spent some time viewing, ordering etc. Then out if the blue the order was cancelled with no reason. I think these must be local florists and not nationwide.

We received your order at 1:19pm on February 15th and we emailed you back at 3pm the same day advising you of your cancellation and the explanation behind it, please check both your inbox and your junk mail incase this has landed there.
As explained on our website, both on the home page and on our delivery page;
'We personally hand deliver all our local bouquets by using our gorgeously branded Pinks Florists vans. This way we can ensure every bouquet is delivered with the upmost care and reach its final destination in one piece!
For any national deliveries that are out of our delivery reach we relay onto our floral partners at Interflora. Where your bouquet will be delivered and created by a trusted florist in your desired area.'
Unfortunately if we can not locate a florist within the desired location we have no option but to cancel and refund our customers- which was the case for your delivery location.
I apologise once again for the inconvenience and upset this has caused you.

Great value Xmas tree
Bought our Xmas tree from Pinks this year. Took time to show the different ones and delivered as agreed but most importantly it lasted without dropping for the whole if Christmas. Very pleased. Will come back next year

Reliable and super speedy delivery! I placed an order at 10am and received delivery that same day at 1pm. Can always trust that the bouquets are fresh and great value as well.

I was the sender, not the recipient, of these flowers, but I did see a picture and they appeared to be fresh and nicely arranged with potential for ongoing new blooms. Delivery was as expected.
