I have encountered so many Crypto scammers and fake profiles. It has been a terrible experience. Almost everyone I have met on there eventually asks for money. I need to find a better site.

nice dating site

It's a nice place to get to speak with a lot of different women. But I'm finding it difficult to find the women I'm actually looking for. There doesn't seem to be a lot of the ethnicity I would prefer in my age group

A really odd experience of false advertizing. The app is marketed as free. It's a dating app. The moment you want to contact someone, you have to pay for it. What's the point? Graphics are awful, too. Feels like a scam.

I think the whole thing is just a scam…

0 not an option. I think the whole thing is just a scam to get your initial money to sign up with no intention on matching you. My account got locked after initially trying to get set up. Was emailed by “support” saying I was a potential scammer. I had to jump through hoops to get verified, including sending a selfie with my drivers license in hand-rejected! They requested a separate pic of my drivers license only-I sent it( stupid me)! my friend said “ that seems sketchy” ( I should have listened) 5 days later after compliance to their demands, I was approved, I spent a lot of time setting up my profile and then they rejected 2 of my pictures stating they don’t fit their requirements. They were clear pictures-not inappropriate. so I thought, great! That means they are very picky and there will be legit profiles if they make it that hard to get approval. I was very wrong!!! There are Barely any profiles that are verified. No way to filter out people messaging me outside my preferred age/distance/verified accounts. Getting multiple messages from 20 yr old students from another country. Gross! I’m not looking for someone young enough to be my child. Then I see provocative pics with no face shots-interesting! I was on the site less than 24 hours and out! I messaged customer service multiple times expressing how uncomfortable and unsafe I felt-only receiving generic responses, telling me to report or block users. They refuse to refund my money because “ I logged on and used the site” duh! Of course I did, I payed for a 3 month subscription and was hoping to find a real WOMAN to connect to. I have reported them to Apple Pay and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Do Not waste your money or time on this site!
Scammer!

Paid up but no real access

What has gone wrong? Well although I'm a paid up platinum member I only have Free 🤓 access to me account. I have emailed 3 times about this and have heard.... Nothing! Of course not, why would they sort this issue out for me? I have been a member for some time and have met some interesting women, but I shan't be renewing.

Ignores all your preferences

I'm in the UK, set my preferences, distance wise, obviously NOT to include other countries! But all my likes, favourites etc are from the States, Romania, Iceland (!), messages from 20 somethings, again outside of my preferences by a country mile.
Also, be aware, as a free member, you can't message anyone. Even if you and another none paying member 'like' and match each other. So you do what I did, and pay over the odds for one month, just to be able to message the one or two other people in your 100 mile radius preference.
And you still get loads of messages from American 20 year olds that are patently fake profiles.
Useless. Don't bother is my advice.

If I could put no stars I would! This site is a scam. They lure you in and then you see loads of the same faces over and over again! I’ve just wasted £50 and then I asked for a refund with in 6 hrs and they rejected my ask. Don’t sign up. It’s a waste of money.

Transphobes

Transphobes. I signed up as female because I am a female both my pasport ans driving license are marked with a F. I have been honest all the way written that I am a transgender, and lesbian. After several months they changed my gender to male. I tried to change it back then they wanted me to send a photo ID which I didn't give them. I explained to them that most lesbians reject contact with men and you can switch that off in the settings. So lesbian transgender women with an M in their passport or driving licens can't find a match on PinkCupid unless you sign up as Female and never mentions in your profile that you are transgender. And you see that's a big problem too if you meet up with someone and they believe you are a female signed female at birth.

PinkCupid Just make more genders Its not rocket science.

Profile Terminated before I could even set one up.

I tried signing up for this site in hopes of meeting women in my surrounding area. Signed up and then logged on to create a profile. It was taking quite a while to load, so I went and did some other things. Less than two hours later, when I attempted again, I got a notification when I logged in stating that my profile had been terminated due to suspicious activity?!? so I sent a message as requested to the email team and they responded by telling me I needed to send a copy of a government issued ID. They did not give me any information of what happened to render my account, suspicious and terminated and I found it very suspicious that they were asking me to send a copy of a photo ID with information that most scammers use to steal your identity. Decided it's not worth the hassle to use this if this is what occurred before I can even get on the site to check it out. 😢
