Mystery couple box - 100$

We did order a mystery box without knowing anything about articles inside but for a box of a price of about 400$ paid 100$ it was worth it! Handcuffs, masturbator, 2 pretty sweet dildo/wand, lube a harness set for her... It was awesome! I did look out the prices of those articles and it was more that 400$, if bought individually! Will buy again! For new or old customers, don't hesitate and buy those boxes!

Your choice of shipping company has me very frustrated - multiple times told it was being delivered same multiple times delivery not shown up and company lies and says my property is not accessible and no one home -both have been untrue. Still no product

Customer *NO* Support

I contacted PinkCherry multiple times for concerns regarding my order and individual products and never heard back. I was disappointed in my items a few years ago because they weren't what I thought (insufficient showcase on the site), and one of my new items I contacted the brand themselves directly (Svakom) and heard back several times since in the last couple months. If you order from PC, expect to be contacting whoever created the items you bought because they apparently have no intention of contacting [returning] customers any more. I absolutely do NOT recommend purchasing from them if you have any doubt about the product.
Their delivery guarantees also aren't accurate and additionally should not be provided during holiday season. They shipped using Dragonfly, and it took several extra weeks to receive my items (Dragonfly drives from province to province and does not do airmail as of this review, and they are terrible about updating their tracking trajectory).
My review is based on their listing inadequacy, inaccurate guarantees, and zero customer service. I first contacted them in December, and as it's now March, I am further displeased by the lack of communication enough to give a poor review. Their automated services requesting reviews still works, which is a poor idea on their part if they can't provide human customer support any more, in my opinion.

Customer Service so-so, product is ineffective

There is no phone number to call for obtaining immediate clarification or resolving issues like shipping. This company relies on DragonFly which is a useless company and unreliable. The shipping was delayed even though I asked for expedited shipping and paid for it. PinkCherry did refund me the shipping cost for the expedited shipping so thanks for that. The product I purchased however, is not effective. I will look elsewhere.
