I ordered a Star Wars backpack love it
I ordered a Star Wars backpack love it. Totally cute. Got the product right away. I've had it since March and the back straps are starting to rip. I don't put heavy item's in it at all. I contacted customer service. They could not help me because I've had it over 3 months. Your product is defaulty please replace it. Geeze. They won't. That's horrible customer service. I will never order from them again.
