A different review and experience to the others here. I got the hybrid watch deciding to give it to my husband. It arrived in a gorgeous box which was great quality and perfect to keep it in when not wearing. The watch is gorgeous, a good heavy weight which is excellent quality. The box includes a charging pod, usb charger and instructions. We used the QR code and we are getting to grips with the online settings to fully use its functions. My husband is over the moon with it!
The design and look are very well! However, technically nothing works. I'm spending my time to recalibrate the watch time or to reset it as it just black screen or to synchronized with the app. Call or message notifications almost never work, control of music player neither. And finally when it is not the watch that is malfunctioning it is the app that is losing data or just don't work well. Plus, i would say that guide/help are not completed, they don't indicate what rights you have to give to the app in order for the watch to work and not black screen! You should not buy this watch!
Update 07/02/2026: waterproof 5ATM doesn't even work after a bath!
When my wife first gifted me the watch it measured only my sleep and steps. Then sleep stopped working and a few weeks later it stopped counting my steps. Additionally , there is no customer service, so I have no idea if the watch will ever function properly. I think I’ve been ripped off.
Crappy quality!! Don’t spend your money on this piece of sh!t.
Support is useless. If they respond to you it’s just an AI-bot.
It’s sad that the exclusive brand ‘Pininfarina’ shall be ruined by Globics.
I gave problems with the watch support app and the customer service is virtually non existent. There is a contact email on the website which does not reply. Seriously if you want a working watch look elsewhere.
