I am new to sever hosting and was having issues getting my server to load up after an update so i contacted support and they got back to me very quickly and we were able to resolve the issue within minutes, very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend using ping perfect! its very easy to understand and the support staff are wonderful.

This guy is always going above of what he needs to do.

great service to be honest, had a few hiccups but nothing too bad, everything was resolved with great attitudes from staff who are very happy to help! Id give 5star if the payment system wasn't so bad unfortunately, other than that top marks and top people.

So I'm new to Hosting Server's.
That Said, the Support Dept. went above average to help me.
I wasn't getting result with editing my server settings, or adding Mods.
Alvin Singco and Jaxon Pitcock both worked out why my settings were not saving. And they took the time to add the20 mods I wanted from Mod.io In addition they told me how to make changes myself. Very Professional service. Thanks again for the help.

The best service i have ever had with Server Hosting. They utilized every department they could to fix my issue and it was fixed very fast.

I bought the one-time platinum setup package on a whim when buying a Vintage Story server and I cannot tell you what a good use of money that was. Between the mods I wanted to use and specific world gen settings, I never would have got it set up by myself, but customer support was absolutely superb. I had an response within ten minutes of opening a ticket and the team was immensely helpful at solving multiple issues, including moving the server onto different hardware and regenerating the world. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

While I ultimately decided to go a different route with hosting, Stefan from PingPerfect's support team provided me with what I can only describe as the quintessential customer support experience.

I had multiple questions on how the company and it's services work, and Stefan not only answered every single one of my questions to the best of his ability, but did so very kindly and in a timely manner!

It's also worth noting that this company provides LIVE HUMAN SUPPORT instead of AI Chat like some other companies!

These guys / gals are awesome. I had to get a new server and chose PingPerfect. I had a few connection and ping issues at first, But they stayed with me. even moving my server. everything was resolved and I was able to FTP my old server to the new server. I went from a trial to a year purchase in a few hours on the same day. This server is better than my old server.

I had issues with my server and with a great customer service team they spent the whole day trying to figure out the issue. They care about their customers and do anything to keep them coming back every month. Well worth the money for this company!

I was looking up on internet to find a compagny that host server.
I've been trying some other compagny first.
Other compagny were slow replies, also a lot of server issue.

This compagny gave me 2 trial. I tryed it.
Everything went perfectly smooth.
I had 1 issue. I asked for help. Let me be honest here.
It took only 9 minute to replies.
I highly recommend this compagny !

The service is 6hrs ahead of my local time, which made it just after midnight their time. Regardless, I got really fast service from Jaxon who not only identified my issue immediately, but hand-tailored a solution that worked perfectly first try, within 20m. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Jaxon Pitcock - An excellent service provided by Jaxon, I had an issue with setting up parts of my server. Not only was Jaxon informative, but also went out of the way to do the setting up for me to the preferences I needed :) A true star of the company!

I have sadly experienced support staff and centers that don't take your issus serious or just don't solve the problem telling you it's "impossibl" these guys diden't do that, they spent 2 days fixing sevral issus and made my server run like a dream.
