Very disappointing experience with Pine…

Very disappointing experience with Pine Financial. The mortgage agent was extremely misleading, promising a favourable rate and even sending commitment letters, only to recall everything at the very last minute claiming there had been an “error” and the documents needed to be reissued. Of course, the favourable rate was then no longer available. In my opinion, it felt like a bait-and-switch just to hook us with a great rate and leave us stuck once it was too late to explore other options. I would not consider their commitments reliable and would strongly recommend being very cautious.
