What ever you do do not join this…

What ever you do do not join this REWARDS Club
Impossible to claim rewards, each time I try i get error messages, wanting me to call and sort it, then reached out to the help desk only to be told that I don’t exist on their system! but if I pay to join it can be sorted. I’ve been scanning my shopping for almost a year, but now that I want to make a claim, its impossible.

Online scam

Online scam scheme that gets people to do google reviews for 20 to 40 ZAR, they then ask you to invest a lump sum to receive commission but, in order to get your money back you must complete tasks that are impossible so in turn they keep your money.

Impossible to claim rewards

Impossible to claim rewards, multiple error meassges, reached out to the help desk only to be told that I don’t exist on their system! I’ve been scanning my shopping for over a year, every single week but apparently now that I want to claim my reward I don’t exist!

I have been a member for a number of…

I have been a member for a number of years. Initially, I found the experience to be fine. Decent rewards which outweighed the awful website and its somewhat “unique” approach to logging in/viewing one’s details etc. Recently the only awards are vouchers with a typical upgrade of £10 eating into 6 months worth of accrued points!!! But what’s really done it for me is how much of an absolute ball ache it is trying to get on and view my account. Tedious, cyclical rubbish, with tiny error messages appearing in weird parts of the screen. Really not worth the hassle for a yearly reward of £50 off a holiday voucher.
I’m not wasting my time with this any more. Just awaiting the calls from their “thought police”.

Horrible experience

If there was a zero star option, I would have selected it. Absolutely horrible experience with reps hounding you, showing up at your door unannounced, and causing so much headache with their install. They cannot keep employees and consistently caused our television to not work after installing the equipment. Not worth the minimal amount you are pain in return.

Participated in their research panel. They got pushy about our foreign exchange student not wearing the watch after I explained they probably wouldn't wear it and were asleep after a tough day at school. They borderline on harassment when it comes to wearing the watch, emails and calls were out of control. I had to ask them to stop contacting me. My wife and daughter got paid, but I only got 1 $10 check in the mail after months of wearing it. They expect you to wear a watch all day every day that records your information and think that $25 per month is spectacular compensation for it. Oh, they will enter you into sweepstakes too. Horrible experience.

I had an interview experience with…

I had an interview experience with NielsenIQ which has been quite unprofessional and disappointing. They are extremely bad handling of the interview process. Also interviewers projected a negative atmosphere during the discussion. Horrible experience.

Nielsen is a joke

Their rating system is inaccurate and a joke, leading to many heavily watched shows being canceled because only a low amount of a small sample of people are watching they doesn't represent the wider public and therefore should be dismantled from the ground up

Not worth their constant badgering calls over others devices

If I had known how much they would be bugging me about how much other adult family members didn't wear or charge their devices I probably wouldn't have done it because they had a main contact person and it wasn't me and almost everytime I tried to help them by calling in they were rude. Wasn't really worth doing considering I wore n charged mine correctly. Sometimes device said I had way less points then it was suppose to cuz I had worn it all day at work.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company, it’s practically a scam, once they get you to install their software/app on computer, phone etc with the rewards point promise you can never access your account to exchange the reward points! I have had their software/app on my laptop for many years and every time I try to log in or reset password it kicks me out, even though I get the emails and texts so they definitely have my details! The support never replies or gets in touch, it literally is a massive scam scheme to spy on people for free & lie to them about giving rewards that you can never access. Avoid at all cost!!! Ps, I’ll be removing their app now as they’re a scam, just hope to warn people now so they don’t get roped in like I did!

There wasn’t a zero star option! Absolutely so annoying and after we cancelled they didn’t remove the “app” on the computer that you cannot find and delete it. Never use Neilson. Got so mad with their stupid sign in thing. That just flipped the thing down soo I didn’t have to see it anymore until they came and got it. I can guarantee that the reviews that they are getting aren’t accurate because after the first week people don’t care or do what Neilson expects you to do! GARBAGE!!!!!!!!

Just Say No! Run ! Don’t Do it!

Don’t do it! These people probe into your personal life too much. What does my career or whatever other personal information have anything to do with me watching television. It’s too much equipment a lot of wires and such . If you don’t log on they will call . My husband said they’re the FBI ! I feel like that equipment listens and has a camera . It’s creepy actually. Then you can’t share with others that u are participants. Why? If it’s so easy n free money why can’t I share that with my neighbors or family. I unplugged all that stuff and kindly threw it away . I called the guy and told him several times I didn’t want it he still insisted I keep it . So I insisted on the dumper because that’s what Nielsen is …is TRASH !
