Pinballbase.com, StellarPinballs.com, Pinballshore.co and Pinballstevie are one single SCAM organization. They use phone numbers (717) 500-2478 and (604) 674-8348. ExpressClockworkDelivery.com is, purportedly, used to ship machines purchased from them, may also be a fake company. All the websites look professional and legitimate. The pictures and content are pilfered from legitimate sites and they have committed wire fraud. I know, as they got me for several grand. Your site should block these domains and report the domain owners. Positive reviews on various ranking sites were salted by the scammers. I have reports into several state and federal agencies and have contact BBB, Facebook, pinball forums, etc. The banks used in my transaction have been notified and are investigating.

This website is a sham and a scam. They will ask for 20% deposit, but they have no product. They are using stolen photos and descriptions.

Try googling their address they posted from Mesquite Tx. Its a completely different business called Fun Billiards and GameRoom Superstore.

Try calling Pinball Shore and they never answer. They need to be reported to authorities

This is a scam. Nothing else needs to be said.

Scam scam scam.

I bought a Tron machine on the Pinball Shore website using my credit card like you would ok any online retailer, then I get a random text from a guy named Roger telling me they had to refund the order because it wouldn’t be able to ship until a few days from now. Since when is that a reason to refund? A few days is fine for most people. Then we see the real reason.

Roger says “We already issued a refund sir. So to proceed with the other you’ll have to redo the deposit. Does PayPal work for you?”

I said yes and then he writes:

“Here is the PayPal email. Please kindly do the deposit under family and friends and notify us as soon as it’s made. Total is $3.280”

I called and said I’m not paying you, a person I’ve never met or done business with as friends and family, but I figured he was trying to save on the credit card fees, and I was paying with an AMEX so I wasn’t afraid of him scamming me anyway, so I asked him to send me a payment request— he told me to go back to the website.

This time the credit card link was gone and only a direct deposit or random invoice option. He told me to do that and then sent me a payment request from a company called wave. So I paid AGAIN.

Now this morning I get a random refund and no more communication from Roger.

Don’t ask. I don’t know if this was all meant to be a scam and he had second thoughts when I would only use an AMEX or if he’s a broker and couldn’t find the actual machine.

All I DO know is that if you think you’re able to buy a pinball machine via pinball shore, you’re about as crazy as I was.

Stay away and good luck elsewhere.

This place is fake and it's a scam. They told me they wouldn't let me buy a game without a 20% deposit which is how they are scamming people. They gave me an address of another company's show room in Mequite, TX. I called the other company and they said they get calls every week with people getting scammed.

I recently bought a BSD pinball machine from them (through dean) and at first, I was skeptical about the condition of the machine since they mostly deal with High-end restorations. The price was within reach and most importantly shipping wasn't too bad either as they shipped with NAVL and I gotta say the machine was in great condition upon delivery. All in all, I would recommend it. The only downside is they don't have a larger inventoy
