I bought a gorgeous dress from pimkie in store. I don't know if the online website is bad but if you were to go in-store it's brill! I bought the smallest size and it fits perfectly. I personally thought it was great quality and I would recommend going and buying the product in-store and not online!

Pimkie is just awful, I never want to see the clothes again. They are so bad I want to destroy the factory. I bought some clothes and they were so ugly I cried. My wife saw the clothes and left me. I got depressed after buying Pimkies clothes because my wife left me and it ruined my life. For everyone reading just dont buy clothes and do anything to make this company fail.

Even 1 star is a lot for Pimkie. I bough A jacket, wore it once or twice and it was mostly hanged but it started peeling a ton! I must say I’m not impressed with their quality and on top of that I went to the store in Koblenz Germany to return or exchange it and they told me I can’t because I wore it!! That’s not called a good customer service. Waste of money. I left the jacket in Germany and came back to Canada. Never again

I tried to order a dress online and twice it told me my order was cancelled, about 30 minutes after it said it was confirmed. The email didn't give me a reason as to why the order was cancelled, at least it gave me a refund.

although I adore you brand and most of the things in my closet are from your stores, today you have lost me as a customer. I walked into the store wearing a plastic mask when the saleswoman told me to leave the store because I was not wearing a mask by your standards. Very disappointed with the comment, I left the store. I find it very unprofessional to tell a customer that his mask is unacceptable if your attitude is that way then you have to provide masks. Maja Tasic Malta

I returned two orders about 1.5 months ago and not only I didn't get any refund back but no one is also answering at all. I am just shocked how unprofessional a shop can be. They can get sued horribly

Ordered on april 10th and haven’t received anything until now. Customer service isn’t responding at all. I‘m really shocked that a store like Pimkie starts to scam people. DON‘T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered an item 20+ days ago, still haven't received anything. I tried contacting the costumer support, but oh boy. First time I waited for the answer for 4 days. They told me to wait one more week and I agreed. Nothing came so I contacted support one more time for the refund. Still no answer. Hoping I will receive my money back. Unacceptable! That has never happened to me before with other high street stores. Buy somewhere else. 👎

This shop has the worst service ever, I ordered a blouse in size 34, and recieved a mail saying I ordered a size 40. I couldn’t cancel the order, even though it wasn’t sent yet. The retour wasn’t free and when I look up the item, I can’t find it anywhere so I cannot re-order it. You lost another good client.

Order placed March 3rd. Now it’s April 1st and still no messages and no response. We mailed 3 times. No reply either.

I've ordered online from Pimkie. This was one month ago and I haven't received an email that the items have been sent. So I don't know where the items are and if I will ever get them...
I contacted customer service via Facebook, Instagram and email. Nobody bothers to reply. NOBODY. Worst costumer service EVER!!!!!!
I will NEVER order or buy from their store again. And i will definitely advise everyone I know to do the same.

I've ordered online from Pimkie. First of all, it took forever to be sent. Also, because my initial order had a higher value, i was entitled to free return. So they've sent the DHL label for the return along with the items. Surprisingly, the DHL label code did not work in the DHL center. I tried to contact customer service since there are several ways presented as available on their platform - Whatsapp / Send a message on their platform / A number to call. Nobody bothers to reply. And i cannot return it in the store since Germany is under lockdown. I had to pay at DHL to be able to send it back and i don't even have hope that they will refund me for the item that i sent back as well.
I will NEVER order or buy from their store again. And i will definitely advise everyone i know to do the same.

Love the styles and quality, value for the money

Ordered online, pimkie took my money from my account but never sent me an order confirmation or nothing. The goods from this order never came of course but also the money was not returned. I am fighting still about getting my money back from them. And I will never ever order anything or most likely even buy anything from pimkie again. 0 recommendation to this company.

I went to the store in Brussels and there was a lady who served me with brown hair, after selling me an item too small for me she refused to allow me to return it the following day (I had not worn the item out). I find this extremely bad service and would not recommend this particular store to anyone. Never had an experience like this before and it left me fuming.

We usually shop at pimkie in Portugal when we go on holiday, but it may be the last time! Pimkie had a sale - if you bought one of the clothing items on sale you would get the second item at €1.00!
Wow! What a bargain - so we thought.
I admit, it was very silly of me not to check the price tags! I went to pay and had a bit of a surprise as I paid more than I thought I would! When I got home, I checked one of the price tags, and realised what Pimkie does.... they get the sale item and place a new sticker over - at a much higher price!!!!! €1 item is definitely not €1 for the consumer....
The trousers cost me €25.99, but yet under that price sticker was a red sticker with €19.99 marked down to €10.99!!!
I paid €25.99..... absolutely ridiculous!!! What a way to con your customers!
Unfortunately for you! You won’t get me again!

We have bought instore and online now, both of the times everything went well. Webshop order took a long time, but product was great! Thanks!
