CAPTCHAs are a security measure used to protect the platform from abuse and automated activity. They are not tied to payment status and cannot be disabled per account. In most cases, repeated or frequent CAPTCHAs are triggered by VPNs, proxies, or network configurations that appear high-risk to our security systems. We do not charge users “to solve CAPTCHAs,” and the payment is for access to search results and features. However, we acknowledge that excessive CAPTCHA prompts can negatively affect usability, and this feedback is taken seriously as we continue refining our security systems. If you are using a VPN, we strongly recommend disabling it and trying again, as this usually reduces or eliminates repeated CAPTCHA challenges.

PimEyes is a face search engine that indexes publicly available images from the open web. As clearly stated in our Terms of Service, the platform is intended exclusively for personal use and operates strictly within the boundaries of applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
Please be aware that PimEyes does not index or search content from social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or other META-owned services. META’s policies prohibit third-party data scraping, and PimEyes fully respects and complies with those restrictions.
Before using or purchasing any service, we encourage all users to carefully review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy—both of which explicitly outline the scope, functionality, and limitations of PimEyes. Doing so ensures a clear understanding of what the service provides and prevents unnecessary frustration or misinterpretation.

When they appear repeatedly, it is most often caused by VPN usage, proxies, corporate networks, or IP addresses flagged as high-risk by our security systems. In these cases, the CAPTCHA frequency can increase regardless of subscription tier. Disabling VPNs or switching to a standard residential network usually resolves this. Regarding support, we acknowledge that delayed responses are not acceptable. All support requests are reviewed, but during high-volume periods response times can be longer than intended. The subscription fee covers access to search features and tools, not exemption from security checks. That said, feedback like yours is important and is shared internally to improve both usability and support responsiveness. If you are still experiencing access issues, we recommend reaching out again with details about your network setup (VPN, corporate firewall, etc.), as this is typically the root cause.

Paying for access unlocks visibility and tools, but it does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. We aim to be transparent about how the service works and what it can and cannot provide. PimEyes is a search engine and does not host or control external websites. In some cases, links may no longer work because the source website has removed the content, restricted access, or gone offline after the image was indexed. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and does not mean the service itself failed or was fraudulent. That said, we do want to review your case properly. Please reply with: 1) The email address used for the purchase 2) The specific PimEyes search URL you unlocked . Once we have these details, we can check whether there was a technical issue with your order or access and advise you accordingly.
