Competitively priced without discounts
I switched to Pills2u as could see I was paying an additional £30 per pen with my previous supplier. I wanted to ensure it was a fixed lower cost and not a one-off discounted costs. The registration was simple and review was quick, with the delivery arriving as expected. I shall continue to purchase from this supplier, so far so good!

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Customer service phone number is just a voice mailbox that fills up, so you can't speak to a real person. Very long delays with email - if you get a reply - and nobody sharing even a first name, which is not reassuring. They'll take your money quick as anyone, but when something goes wrong, like Royal Mail losing my delivery - they suddenly disappear.

Some improvements could be made

I have updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars because, after having left the one star review, I did contact them again and they immediately issued a refund. I don't know if there was some technical glitch on their website or something and I didn't know they have a 48 hour reply window for replying to messages.
I think the booking system needs to be improved so that you can re-arrange more easily and it should be made more clear upfront that a video consultation is mandatory as some people find this too nerve-wracking.

Like others have said everything seemed fine until they said I needed a video consultation. I wish I knew that before buying as I find that kind of thing very stressful. Due to ill-health and feeling stressed about it, I had to rearrange twice. The second time, they tried to phone me anyway even though I had re-arranged. So, my second booked appointment, they didn't phone me. I have messaged them by email, using their online form and phoning them, but they are ignoring everything. I guess I will have to chargeback on my credit card.

We do make clear in the consultation form that if the images are not live from a mobile device direct to the form then you are required to have a consultation to verify the information. All required consultations are carried out via video calling which is via our business WhatsApp platform. If this is not an application that is available when you are attempted to be contacted then we message over our website messaging system to advise of this. We respond to all enquiries within our 48 hour timeframe window during our opening hours. This company make me feel safe, listened to and answer all my questions. When they call they are professional and understanding to my needs. The delivery is next day and the price is very competitive. I would definitely recommend them.

Wish I’d never used this site. Appalling. Delays and no customer support or contact for that matter
After reading the reviews and seeing more positive then negative I thought I’d give it a go and at first they seemed promising. Ordered Wednesday morning did everything required the took payment for holding and I than had to book a virtual appointment which I managed to get Same day 2.30. However 12.48 I received an email saying it had been cancelled. I checked the order status and it read prescriber approved. I was confident I would now receive my order a per their own t&c regarding dispatch and delivery. Wednesday no move so on Thursday I called them only to find their phone doesn’t take calls so I left voicemails. 7 calls I have made since than and now. 2 WhatsApp and 2 emails enquiring as to when my order will be dispatched as it still remains on the same status and know one will contact me back. It’s impossible to talk to anyone at all. There is no customer service. Of all the companies I have ever used this one is by far the worst. I will also be making a formal complaint to the higher ups. I have no got to initiate a charge back via bank putting my order routine to take them in jeopardy
