I mostly shop in-store or purchase online and order for click and collect. I just shopped at North Lakes today and had a great experience with staff who were well-informed and helpful, didn’t try to o... See more

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, bought a memory pillow, put it in a protective cover & pillow slip, used it for 10min wasnt what I expected, put it straight back into packet, was refused a refund due to "hygiene reasons" was a very expensive lesson learnt, won't be going back!

Disappointing Quality
Disappointing Quality – Not Worth the Price
I’m really disappointed with the quality of Pillow Talk’s linen bedding. We followed care instructions at all times and I expected linen to be a durable, long-lasting fabric, but this set didn’t even make it to four years before developing holes—both the fitted sheet and pillowcases have deteriorated badly.
What’s more frustrating is that we purchased a cheaper linen set from Aldi about six months earlier, and it’s held up significantly better. Sometimes it’s worth paying more for quality, but in this case, Pillow Talk proved to be the exception.
Wouldn’t recommend, and definitely won’t be buying from them again.
Worst return experience.
Worst return experience.
I returned an online order to the Nunawading store. The staff were confused with the process of Afterpay return. I proceeded to return through the Afterpay app however, on review of receipt it was returned to Mastercard. When viewing the receipt and the last 4 numbers of the card these are not the same number as my card or Afterpay card. I’ve made numerous calls to the store and customer care with no apparent help. I was also told my the manager of the store to cot act Afterpay and I said the return was sent back to Afterpay so theoretically they’re not going to help because it wasn’t returned to Afterpay but credit card. After a lengthy call with a gentleman today which I thought was from customer care he called and said I needed to contact customer care again as they couldn’t help. This store really doesn’t know what they’re doing. My money has been returned to a card I don’t know and yet know one wants to take ownership or even help. I’ve purchased a lot items from this store but I will no longer buy from them. Disgusting service. I no have to waste more of my time to find my refund . Do yourself a favour and buy from another atorw

Bad exchange experience…
I recently purchased a mattress topper online and when it arrived it had a stain on it. The next day I took it to my closest store to exchange it. The customer service I received at the store was terrible. I expected them to say something like ‘I’m so sorry you received a product in that condition’ but no, no apology at all or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. The store manager very begrudgingly agreed to exchange the product for me but said they wouldn’t normally as there’s no way to tell if I made the stain. She actually said that. I was appalled. I’ve lost confidence in shopping online at Pillow Talk completely, how can I buy online knowing that I’m going to get that kind of attitude if I return something faulty?

Never received my order
I placed an order on the 2nd of December during the black friday sales, I received the shipping notifications and everything was fine. They messed up the address on the parcel so attempted delivery was in a completely different town, it ended up getting sent back to the factory and today (2nd Jan) I received a email from someone about my returned order. They offered to send it back out but it was cost extra. I put my correct address in the order when I placed it and I've checked it many times since. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and now I have to wait another 10 days for a refund. I won't shop through them again I'm not happy. You shouldn't have to pay extra for a mistake that you didn't make. The most I've received is sorry for your inconvenience

Townsville store .
Townsville store ..
Totally appalling I am a lover of pillowtalk.
However last week I had a uncommon but very dissatisfied experience..
The staff both older ladies standing around the front counter gossiping regarding other people not one said hello or greeted myself or my partner kept chatting among them selves .
Walk around shop and another lady saw us and just looked away ...
Shop was very dis organised and decorated looked as though bare minimum effort is put in more interest in gossip and self status in store
This is a bit disappointing as normally shop looks reasonably nice ...

Horrific Experience.
I placed an order on the 1st December to allow 3 weeks for delivery to ensure the order would be received by Christmas. Today, 2 out of 9 items arrived. No assistance to find the missing items, no offer to send replacement items, no offer of a refund. I spent $697 for 2 items. Absolutely insane. I wish I had checked the reviews before making a purchase.
Not worth the money!
I bought their twin pack lamps and "softer than silk" blanket. The lamp switch is sketchy, it turns itself on and off, Im worried it might be faulty. The blanket is scratchy, it's comfortable, but definitely not softer than silk! It feels like a rough cotton blend and looks like a table cloth!
*Update.. I have returned the lamps and received a full refund, they were definitely faulty. I will keep the blanket, it is comfortable, just not attractive or soft as silk. I appreciate Pillow Talk refunding the lamps.

Don’t recommend
I bought two of their memory foam pillows, they do not feel like anything memory foam. The surface was uneven and flat makes sleeping uncomfortable.
They refused to refund me due to”hygiene” issues. Well a reputable brand will back their product and provide a customer satisfaction guarantee.
I’ve got a Ecosa memory foam pillow and let me tell you they are way better (also recommended by third company review sites I.e Choice)
I would recommend ecosa or any other brands over Pillowtalk.

Best customer service ever
I went into kotara pillow talk 14/11/24 to be greeted by a lady called Kathleen (as stated on my receipt)
Over the years, I have used pillowtalk numerous times and occasions, But this time was exceptional ! Kathleen went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Nothing seems to be a trouble for her even though the shop was very busy at the time. I love pillow talk products and this experience has made me put out this review. I hope This reaches your customer service team and kathleen gets recognised for this. With thanks Lesley millar
Happy to take your money and not provide quality
After 2.5 months of having an item they are making it impossible to deal with as the item is defective. We purchased expensive sheets and now they want my life story to assess a defect when the purchase was only made 2.5 months ago. Beyond disappointed.
Trustworthy
Second time ordering from this website. This time I ordered a very large canvas print which arrived quickly and undamaged.
A Enjoyable Visit to Pillowtalk at Robina Mall, Goldcoast
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the sales assistant Michaela who served me today when I went to pillowtalk at Robina Mall, on the Goldcoast.
I was interested in purchasing a floorlamp, however there were none left in stock, of the one I wanted.
When the Lady became aware of this she offered to check other stores, for me, to see if the floor lamp was available elsewhere.
However, when she tried to do this the internet was down! So she used her own mobile to phone around for the item.
The Lady phoned many shops in the end I purchased the last one which was floor stock, my choice.
The lady carefully took it apart and wrapped it up.
The lady went above and beyond what one would generally expect these days, showing a positive attitude and willingness to help me.
Her care and friendliness was much appreciated.
Unfortunately, care towards someone else, in this type of situation, is sadly lacking in a great number of people.
It was refreshing to be served by a sales assistant who actually looks like they enjoy their work.
A nice smile and good old fashioned service is getting harder to find these days.
When a store is lucky enough to have someone like this working for them it encourages people to come back.
Pillowtalk Robina Mall, is definitely a store that I will shop at again.
Thank you Michaela
Exceptional customer service.
Exceptional customer service.
Whether it's during the Xmas rush, near closing time or during regular business, the staff members at the Albury store deserve a gold medal for service. Today, as well as each other time l have shopped there, l have been served by patient, unrushed staff who have kindly offered assistance with my purchases. It is always a pleasure to shop at this store which has a range of beautiful products. Most other stores, large & small, have lost this touch. Well done, see you again.
Thank you Aquila, Pillow Talk, Windsor store
I was recently in yout Windsor store ( I am not certain of the date below) & would like to send a big thank you to a delightful young girl called Aquila. She was extremely helpful & courteous & I feel that often good deeds go unnoticed as people are quick to complain (I do appreciated this is often justifed). However because of my positive experience, I would like to say I feel Aquila needs to know how much I appreciated the way she handled my queries with efficiency & a radiant smile. Please pass on my thanks to this delightful young girl. Pillow Talk is indeed lucky to have her on their staff.
Stay away
Literally ordered 3 bathroom accessories. 2nd June placed order - 11th June shipped order and now stating 26th June it will be here. Have seen so many horrible reviews how things haven’t turned up or came broken and customer service didn’t offer any support, I wish i looked up before purchasing from this store. Who on earth takes 24 days to receive an item within Australia?

I popped into your Nowra store and was…
I popped into your Nowra store and was very impressed with the service I received from a delightful young lady, Leah. Leah was very helpful, and knowledgeable about each product I was looking for. It was a real personal experience , that you don't seem to get much of these days. Leah went out of her way to find me a certain product, which they didn't stock. There should be more sales people like Leah. An easy and lovely shopping experience. Thankyou Leah.

minimal feathers after 4 years use
After about 4 years using this duvet I have found there are minimal feathers in the central part of the duvet and the side boxes are full. I can't understand how there are now very few feathers in the middle boxes as I thought the boxes prevented that from happening.

Great customer service in store
Popped into Pillowtalk in Kawana on the weekend to buy something specific.
After a few moment, I was approached but Sue asking if she could help. Within seconds Sue was on the case looking for the item I required. the stock room was checked the computer advised two items in store. After a little while the item was found and was as beautiful as it looked online. We also discussed new pillows for my daughter. I was advised to bring her in to test some as that was the recommended course of action.
I will be going back and looking for Sue. Amazing customer service with a smile.

BUYER BEWARE if your order isn't…
BUYER BEWARE if your order isn't received they will continue to ignore you. Very difficult to follow up. They'll say they need to open an investigation with auspost and then there will be zero response. I've tried following my missibg order up 5 times now. Do Not deal with them extremely dodgey
