Retour aangevraagd, zou beoordeeld moeten worden wat ik al gek vind.
Nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen, niet via de retouraanvraag, mail of whatsapp.
Het verzenden was daarentegen wel snel verlopen.
Zonnebril was niet zoals verwacht vandaar retour aangevraagd ruim binnen het aanvraag termijn. Helaas krijg ik ver na dat termijn pas reactie van het bedrijf en gaven hun aan dat ik het niet retour kon sturen omdat het al te laat was…..
Bijzonder dat je als klant op tijd bent met aanvragen en het bedrijf te laat reageert, dat je als klant je geld dan kwijt bent… Echt te triest voor woorden deze klantenservice
