I am loving my flo pilates board and the FLO online platform. The board folds up snd takes no space. I was afraid it would not be challenging but the workout online are creative and challenging. Highly recommend this equipment especially if you don’t have time for a gym 20-30 min you get a good workout and you are on your way

I absolutely love the Flo Pilates…
I absolutely love the Flo Pilates machine that I bought. It’s the perfect size and you can fold it up easily and hide somewhere when you are not using it. There many ways or working out with it and I love the timer and phone holder so you can watch the workout video right in front of you. I have never done pilates before and now I am hooked!

Great for beginners or experienced
I ordered this Pilates reformer foldable one to do on my off days from the gym. I am getting back into working out after being off for a few months from surgery. This is a great inexpensive little tool to use . So many different movements you can do with it. Even comes with a timer, and I love the app, it’s simple to use and helped me get back into it. It can be a little slippery on hardwood floors but if you put it on a mat or carpet it should be fine. I was sore after two days of using it. Very happy with this purchase

Great support
Great response time when I reached out about cancelling my membership due to an issue on my end. While I had the membership, it offered a wide range of workouts and programs to target any of your needs or goals. Initially had trouble trying to figure out how to cancel my membership, but once I contacted the support team they responded promptly and helped me. Specifically, Anna Taylor assisted me and resolved my issue in less than 24 hours of reaching out. Will be rejoining in the future and recommend this board!

FLO Support- the best
I ordered my FLO Pilates reformer and was notified that it came in two packages. A few weeks later I got a text from Spotify that one of the packages had been delivered. I went to my door, no package. No way to get in touch with Spotify, I contacted FLO support. Anna Taylor responded and suggested Iask my neighbors if any of them saw it. No one had so Anna kindly offered to resend the items. I accepted and thanks to Anna Ireceived the second package. I really appreciate FLO support and especially Anna who kept in touch with me all through the turmoil. Anna, thank you again,

I was so excitedI will not order anything from this company again. to get my little home…
I was so excited to get my little home reformer and am very impressed with how it works. My issue is with the so called 30 day free workouts. I could not for the life of me cancel the subscription. I wrote 4 e-mails asking them to cancel my subscription or to let me know how to do it. All of the buttons in my account were grayed out so I had no access to it. Finally, 3 payments later of $49.95 and no refund coming, I had access to cancel it myself. I will not order anything from this company again. I feel like I have been scammed.

Anna Taylor went above and beyond to help me. I had a small mixup with my order. She immediately took action and assured me it would be resolved. The shipping was worth the wait!
I had a very good experience with the Flo Pilates company. They were able to answer many questions I had about the Pilates reformer before purchasing it. I was actually afraid of buying this online at such a high price tag and site unseen; but I have been very well pleased with the quality of this product. It is beautifully made, has a quiet ride and feels as good as the Balanced Body reformer I use at Club Pilates. I gave this company a four instead of a five because I felt the communication after shipping should’ve been better for such a high priced item. I was very concerned for six weeks and didn’t hear often about the status of the shipping, and it made me question my purchase and what type of company this was. As far as the reformer…I LOVE It! I need to figure out the right strap adjustments so I can avoid carriage return bumper noise when using the arm straps, but I think I can easily fix that. I have no problems with the feet in straps carriage return hitting the bumpers - no noise there. I do wish the strap handles had a bit of stiffener in them to be more like the Balanced Body strap handles, but they are not terrible to use. I appreciate that this order came with the jumpboard and sitting box. I was told it didn’t appear these were included. What a surprise! One important note to mention, the complimentary pink pilates fit ball needs to not sit on or be near wood furniture. For some reason, this ball peeled the stain off my furniture and stained the ball. Just be careful that people are aware of this. I have had trouble with this and other fit ball brands doing the same thing. Another suggestion — make sure the info about being voted best in Vogue, etc. can be verified. Those articles didn’t mention Flo reformers. They just mentioned something about Pilates being voted the best exercise for home. It seemed misleading a bit. Again, thanks for such a beautiful reformer! I am lucky to have one so nice, and for it to be sight-unseen before buying, was a great relief.
