Don't bother

Don't bother. I wish i read the reviews before ordering. Was so excited to find a pilates at home machine from the UK or so I thought. I was going to cancel when i noticed it was coming all the way from china and not the UK like the contact details say but it had already been shipped. I gave it the benefit if the doubt but then i received my item. It came with zero instructions on where to put all the attachments and didn't really have the correct holes for the attachments. I got a free Ebook with mine except the exercises she was doing i didn't have the place on the machine to attach my attachments too. I wanted a refund however you are responsible for sending the item back. I paid £95 and i am now expected to pay £40-50 in postage to send back. Absolutely ridiculous, do not waste your money on this scam.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. The product this company are advertising is absolutely not what they are sending customers. Complete false misrepresentation!

Firstly! Got this as a birthday present and what is advertised looks nothing like what you receive!!!

The reformer itself is unbranded, flimsy and the rollers don't run as they get stuck on the seams where the reformer folds. Further the flimsy plastic to attach the resistance bands are quite frankly scary; I wouldn't trust them to not break!

Another point to add is that the handles should in theory fold onwards; well that is not at all doable as they foul one another. That's even if you can attach the handles without causing a hernia through the sheer amount of force trying to get them on!

Product also ships from China despite you stating that the company are UK based.

Finally after doing a bit of online investigating into other portable reformers, unsurprisingly I found something similar (if not exactly the same) on Temu for a fraction of the price. I will attempt to attach photos.

False advertising! Don’t waste your time…

The website is advertising a completely different Pilates board than what they actually send you.

Quality is cheap, accessories are missing. The EBook download does include workouts but they are for the board advertised and not the board you actually receive which makes them uncomfortable and difficult to perform.

Sent an email requesting a refund and have heard nothing back. Considering it was posted from China I will not bother sending it back and paying the shipping fee.

Just a waste of money. Hoping they get sued for false advertising if there are enough disappointed customers out there like me.

Poor quality equipment and no returns policy

I bought this product in November 2024 and when it arrived it was only partially delivered – with no assembly instructions. After several back-and-forth emails and no resolution, I decided to return the product as I also doubted the quality of the product. It’s very cheaply made and unlikely to stand up to regular use. As per the returns policy, I requested a return. Despite advertising as ‘No. 1 in AU’ and under an Australian domain the return address was in China. I was told in writing that if I returned the product I would receive a full refund, including postage. I can see from the tracking that the item arrived on 12th December 2024, but no refund is forthcoming and there is no response from customer service. DO NOT waste your money as if you have any issues or wish to return no one will help you.
