The platform markets itself as a Premium Subscription, but there’s a hidden catch tied to something called an “Individual Plan.”

The platform markets itself as a Premium Subscription, but there’s a hidden catch tied to something called an “Individual Plan.”

In practice, premium users may receive warning emails after downloading content, accusing them of violating intellectual property rights. These messages often reference potential legal action despite providing little to no concrete evidence.

The approach feels less like genuine copyright enforcement and more like a psychological pressure tactic encouraging users to upgrade to significantly more expensive plans for access to what are often low value, AI-generated templates.

They are scammers

They are scammers, forcing customers to pay for their subscription. When you ask for evidence of the copyright violation, they don’t respond but send you another threatening email after a couple of weeks. Please don’t let them use this unethical psychological tactic.

Pikbest Worst!

I received a notification from Pikbest stating that I violated copyright on 19 Jan 2026 after their last email 16 June 2020. FYI, I purchased the slide design from Pikbest, but it was similar to another vendor’s design, which I had purchased once on 17 April 2020 with Pikbest. After that, I didn't use it.

Right now, what the hell forced me to subscribe? I’m even afraid to click the link.

Totally a scam. Don’t trust this vendor.

Fake Projects made with AI

I buy a subscription for the website and they dont give me what i needed. The art from the website was PSD (photoshop project) but when i download it was only an image .jpg and they have a lot of this kind of "fake projects" on the website. I emailed them and i only receive an answer "they will see what can do".

THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

I signed up as a premium user expecting the promised features, but there is NO DOWNLOAD BUTTON even though it should be included. I've tried reaching out to the support team multiple times, but there has been no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and not receive what was advertised.

I highly recommend avoiding this site unless they address these issues and start supporting their users properly. Stay away!

This website is a Scam

This website is a hoax; it falsely advertises unlimited downloads. If you download too much content, you will be blocked with the following warning: "Excessive Downloads Alert !" I received an email stating that I'm only permitted to download 100 content per day, and they still blocked me. I requested proof but have yet to hear back from them. The alert states that I must wait 15 minutes before downloading any additional content, but the warning persists. It is indicated on their website that lifetime premium members have unlimited downloads, and I have a lifetime premium subscription.

I wanted one specific graphic

I wanted one specific graphic, ordered it, and was able to download it. I then discovered I was charged twice. I asked for a receipt: emailed two different address, with zero response. Watch your bank statement!! They don't send a receipt!

Not unlimited download for the premium members

Pikbest should remove the "Unlimited Downloads" on their website because this advertisement is fraudulent.
I have a personal annual lifetime premium membership and I downloaded about 30 images and was told it would take 15 minutes to download another image.
I tried downloading images every other day, but when I downloaded only one image, I was reminded that due to the large number of images being downloaded, I had to wait 15 minutes before the next image could be downloaded.
And many of the pictures are not downloadable.

DISGUSTING after sales service.

I have been a Freepik Lifetime subscriber for 4 years and had been able to log in successfully via Facebook till April 2024. However I can’t log in from Facebook since. I have contacted the support team and they can’t give me a solution, they have requested the receipt and confirmation email four years back! I do not have any record at all thus they have been ignoring my problem and dont respond to my email at all, asking for a solution. Subscribe at your own risk and most of the psd files download are NOT the same as the thumbnail pics. There are better sites like freepik etc, avoid pikbest. Good luck.
