yet again hannah at piggybank does not take the time to read my reviews .your feedback does not cover my review .very bad company extortion rates lets call it kraysbank .please if your reading this dont use this company please get yourself a credit line until payday much cheaper and always there if you need a couple extra quid ty

Monies (apparently) sent to an account…

Monies (apparently) sent to an account that hd been closed for over three years. Despite my correspondence with PiggyBank and my old bank, PB have neglected their customer responsibilities and stil expect payment via DD from my current bank tomorrow

Refund not paid yet

Very fast, borrowing money take minutes, when the loan payments date due take seconds.
They accepted my complaint of irresponsible landing, I'm still waiting for refund after 14 days I have accepted their offer, now they are not too fast.
They paid me after 27 days
