i ordered it near the start of september and now it’s says it’s been dropped off but it’s still not here like ???? i finally emailed them about it today and they said and i quote ‘maybe a family member picked it up’ and that’s it, i was super excited for my parcel and i feel super let down that i didn’t get it, and i had to pay around $30 bc i’m in new zealand. I’m not rlly expecting it to look nice and good quality but if it finally gets here anyways.

I ordered my product five days ago and still have no tracking number. I emailed the company and they replied saying the product was damaged during delivery. Although there was no notification before I emailed them.

I have received an email regarding my package stating it had been delivered but i have received no package whatsoever. I have contacted the company but they are yet to respond to my message. I do not recommend this place, absolute scam of my money. DO Not shop here!

Hiddious it is absolutely trash I’m writing as a kid. I have to wait a full year before getting these braclets and even when I got them they where all trash the locks didn’t fit in the key and I only got two not one do not buy this product! I have waisted my money!

This place is trash. I ordered on March 13th and paid extra for 10-15 day shipping. 15 days later, it's not here. Send them an email and they say sorry but it still takes 3 days after for my bracelets to get delivered and one is completely messed up.. I don't suggest and will never use them again.
