Simply ignored me with no reason given.
I called them to discuss my situation and after a pleasant conversation with G.H., I was told a follow up call would be made in four days. After four days passed, I called several times, only to be brushed off by reception and be told the associate would call soon.
It's now been over six weeks. If they didn't want me as a client they should have at least had the professional courtesy to say so. I was never rude or difficult with them in the slightest.
Very disappointed.
