I ordered a back pack and when it arrived it was the COMPLETELY wrong bag, the colours weren't even similar. Their items arent even cheap so I just wasted 40 euro. I've emailed them like 5 times now and i'm being ignored. All reviews on their page are five stars so they probably delete all the negative ones. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. massive scam

Wish I had seen this site before I ordered from them. Ordered two purses April 18. One arrived 4 months and many emails later. BTW...cheap, cheap, cheap product and reeked of chemicals. They have stated the other purse was delivered and to check my neighbors etc. This was never shipped nor delivered. What a farce this company is. Steal your money and when they do deliver something, it is a crap product. Save your money, shop elsewhere!

I have had the worst buying experience from this company I ever had.I ordered shoes in April and never received the shoes.I reached out to the company multiple times to acquire about order and never got a response until i got paypal involved.Once paypal got involved they email with an apology but I wanted a refund and was told I couldnt get a refund because item have shipped.I received my shoes 4 months later and the shoes was to small.Then they saying now to get a refund I have to pay restock fee,tariffs charges,and other fees to discourage me on sending shoes back.Don't buy nothing from them because customer service sucks.

I ordered shoes from PierreBuy. After some weeks they arrived and didn't even come close to fitting. After several emails back and forth requiring me to take pictures for measurements they rejected return. I will have to give the shoes away which is unlikely since the width is SO narrow for the length.

Think twice before ordering from this company. Their return policy is unfair.

This company goes by the name Pearlfeet and sell shoe and clothes and I believe comes from France. So many people have complained about getting nothing even tho they have paid a long time ago. I think it is the biggest ScAM for years.

Total scam, not a real seller. Ordered a pair of sandals, never received after 3 months of waiting. There is no phone number to call. Check order status on their web site does not give a solution. They promised 5 days before shipping, but never shipped. Scammers!

I ordered two pair of shoes In May recieved nothing yet.
Payed on PayPal They got paid. I cannot check status of shipment on order. They say they do not have a Record of my email address. There is no phone number to call on website.. going to work thru PayPal first. Then file dispute with my credit card company. Sooooooo frustrating.

Never ever ever ever order from this company. It’s a trap. They’re thieves. If I knew that the items were coming from China that would have put a red flag for me but everything pointed to the company being in Germany. Until my research told me otherwise. Delivery takes for forever. I have been waiting for 2 months for my order and still nothing has been delivered. No reply, nothing. Don’t be fooled. Stay away from this „shop“. Invest in your own country and support local. Better for your economy and better for your peace of mind or use of your hard earned money. Stay blessed.

I placed a order March 31,2020. Still have not received them or heard anything about this order. Don’t buy from them ,this is a scam.

Ordered a pair of shoes April. Still no shoes and no way to contact these creeps.

I bought three pair of shoes, received only one pair, they made 2 shipments, the tracking is impossible, i bought through paypal, i filed complaints but not answer yet from paypal.

I also ordered a pair of shoes from Pierrebuy.com and I have nothing. They took the money, PayPal, and refuse to answer emails. I disputed the transaction with PalPal and was recently denied. $41.20 out the window from this scam company, and PayPal has to know that because I’m not the only one getting burned by these creeps.

Husband placed order 4/19/2020. Have not heard anything from them. I have emailed twice requesting any info on order. They have been paid $78.98 through Paypal. They have their money we don't have items. Contacted Paypal and filed dispute to try to get refund.

I bought a pair of shoe and I got them, but they were too small, and I wanted send them back, but there is no way to send it back, and contacted Pierrebuy, and they responded only 1 time, that I better not to send the product back, and give it to some one, then after that I did not get any response from them any more

DO NOT BUY FROM PIERREBUY. I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Not only did my order take three times as long as the site said it would be, they did not send me my entire order. I had to contact them inquiring about the missing item. I emailed customer service a handful of times.....nothing. They finally responded and said it was refunded. IT WAS NOT. Still no refund and product.

I ordered 2 items from this company, responding to their add on Facebook. I received a confirmation email back about the order. About 1 week later I received an email from them telling me that 1 item had shipped, and provided me with a tracking number. Which I attempted to use and was taken to a tracking site unfamiliar to me. The only information I could glean from it was that my order was in transit. About 10 days later I received another email with the same information about the second item. Attempted to track both items with same result as before. Weeks passed, with periodic checks of both tracking numbers. No change. I checked my credit card billing statement and the charge had gone through within 1 day of my placing the order. I sent an email to Pierrebuy's customer service, giving all the details (their email address was on order confirmation) and asking for my money back. Within 24 hours I received a return message, containing apologies, along with a promise to check with vendors. That was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing more. Items were ordered January 14, 2020. It's now March 31, 2020. I don't expect to ever hear or receive anything. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
