Horrible customer service no phone number to reach out to anyone. No instructions or diagram or tools came in the box with the drawers set. And no person to help fix this.

It did what it was supposed to do, but the experience felt a bit disjointed. I wouldn’t call it bad, just not especially smooth or polished.

The customer service communicated the stages of my order effectively. The delivery guys were so polite and nice. Assembly was done seamlessly and even helping us to put the furniture protective sticker on the feet of the table.

And the table itself is beautiful. Loving the imperfections of the wood. Fits perfectly in our dining area.

I had made two previous purchases from Piers Import both were very good.
Ordered two chairs. Delivered on time. Outer packaging OK. Inner packaging OK. When unwrapped found that one Arm was split. Claimed same day by email with photo.
They have now asked for the same information four times.

Going to Paypal with a dispute.

5/06/24. Pier Import have terminated the conversation on the supply of damaged goods. The have also placed the responsibility for repackaging on me. The English dicto " Don't know their bottom from their elbow" comes to mind.

10/06/24. Response from PierImport through PayPal. "We did not receive your email claiming damage to goods". Says it all about this organisation really.

I have now sent the photo for the fourth time.

I bought two items from this vendor, a wall rack and a wall shelve, through La Redoute. The items are not cheap so when I started assembling the wall rack I was very disappointed to see that the quality is very poor. The manual is an incomprehensible smudged little leaflet. The black paint (to make it look old) is just flaking of showing the bare metal. Scratches and dents everywhere. Two screws broken half while I screwed them into the wooden shelves (that I predrilled!) so I cannot even put in new screws cause part of them is still in the shelves. The protective rings don't fit over the bolts so I cannot use them. Parts are not properly welded and are coming apart. I decided I wanted to send the single shelve back since that was still in the box only to find out that return is payed and considering the weight it would be so expensive that there is no point. Don't fall for the pretty pictures, it is pretty bad.
