First impressions
For my first time ordering from them, I had a great experience! Delivery was super fast and the items were packaged carefully to avoid getting damaged during travel. I would definitely recommend them and also be ordering from them again in future!

Not worth it.
Well they asked for a feedback and here it goes. The overall selection was ok, not bad. But honestly for this pricing, and customer service level I would rather just buy from AliExpress or Temu and rather wait longer for the product to arrive. Why I decided to buy from an Online retailer in Sweden instead is because I expected if there were issues with the product, I get support, instead I was told by Johannes to just adjust it to get a tighter fit. How when the product doesn't close properly, like a defect, and it's the nipple ring that I bought, how does one close it tigher??? That last repond was on the 16th November, have not heard back till now.

I sent a request to the warehouse after our last contact and I'm waiting for confirmation if we can send out a new one, depending on stock atm.

The order was processed very quickly! We are pleased that the order arrived quickly. They ordered 6 pairs of tunnels, unfortunately, in a pair of 6 mm, one ball had a broken thread. We will order more.
