i have been a 4 year faithful customer to this site, ive boughten bills and sold bills, this is nothing towrds them not being trustworth [because this is prob the most legit site around period..] but there was a miscomunication with my last transaction. i sold gold and i ended up refunding him his money back and asked him to send it a different way [ he then banned me and told me i had x amount of time to make a crypto wallet or he wasnt gunna refund it] i am now looking passed all of that and willing to move on and continue buisness and now im being told they will only accept crypto from me .. even though i have never ever done them dirty in any way or ever tried to refund anything. its very upsetting because im a very faithful customer and have been for a long time and have sent alot of buisness there way aswell

We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry you were unhappy with the service you received.
In your post you claim there was a miscommunication, you were informed 3 times not to refund the payment we sent you, you ignored those warnings and two days later you refunded it anyway. This refund was not made out of necessity, it was made because there was a hold on your PayPal payment through no fault of our own, we explained to you that the hold would have been over within 72 hours and you would be free to use your funds as you wished. There were no miscommunications, you simply ignored us and as a result, you had an undesired experience.
Despite this, we offered you a payment in the form of Bitcoin, which you settled for and we're very happy that a solution was found for your problem.
In your review, you state you want to continue doing business with us, but this is after we informed you several times that you had broken our terms of service, for this reason, we do not wish to continue doing business with you.
It saddening that we provided you with an excellent service for 4 years and even in this review you state that we're "the most legit site" but you leave us with 1-star.
