My debit card was lost, and I did not realise that I had to update the payment information (assumed it was like a direct debit where things just update), but Sarah emailed me to let me know that there was an issue and explained that if i do not update my account I would not receive another piddle patch until Jan (because of the xmas shut down / delivery) which would mean my puppy would have to go 5 weeks with no patch which would interfere with potty training.

Payment details were update because of Sarah staying on top of the accounts and reaching out to me and Sarah was able to get my piddle patch order out to me the following day - so thankful for all her help.

We ordered a Piddle Patch starter pack to welcome our new 9 week old puppy and I've been so impressed with the fantastic customer service we've received. Our puppy took to the Piddle Patch immediately and we enjoyed the peace of mind knowing she'd wee there instead of on the carpet. She had very few accidents and we would definitely attribute that to the PP. Our puppy was toilet trained a lot quicker than we expected. Sarah has been extremely responsive and helpful and I would recommend Piddle Patch without hesitation.

We have loved our piddle patches and they have been beyond perfect for our use whilst we have been in an apartment with a balcony, for our dog- literally the service has been spot on and whenever we needed a replacement sooner or a skipped delivery, the team at Piddle Patch were so friendly, helpful and prompt! Can’t recommend enough.

I ordered the metal tray and bi-weekly grass patch subscription from Piddle Patch for toilet training in our garden and it worked perfectly! Ordering was easy, deliveries were always on time, and the product is fantastic. Pausing the subscription for trips was hassle-free, and customer service was consistently responsive and helpful.

I've really had the best experience using piddle patch whilst I've been living in a small flat in London without a garden. My dog loved it right from the first subscription and it stopped all accidents, delivery was consistently smooth and I've always had incredible customer service as well.

Excellent product, a lifesaver for us in our flat with a balcony but no garden. The customer service is second to none.

I recently tried piddle patch to help house train a litter of pups ( I am a licensed breeder). Whilst the piddle patch worked well as in the pups quickly learnt to use it within 2 days the ammonia smell was unbearable and literally made your eyes water . I bought 2 starter kits and they would’ve needed changing every other day. I’m afraid I binned it and went back to astroturf pads which I can wash and change daily

Having a piddle patch has been a game changer while housetraining our puppy. He got the hang on of really quickly and we haven’t had to use puppy pads at all. The team at Piddle Patch have delivered excellent customer care when I’ve called to change delivery dates etc. Impressive!

Purchased this to train my new puppy . I didn’t want him scorching my lawn with urine .. I’ve put it on some flags in the hope he will use it till we can get him properly out after his E injections . May order more to use in a hurry during the night .

Product is great, grass is really good quality and has lasted a lot longer than expected. Delivery is simple and reliable. And customer service team are great! Highly recommend

I've used piddle patch for about 3 years now. I have one delivery per month and that seems to be just about perfect for my pup. The product is great and the customer service fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We found the piddle patch invaluable when training our new puppy, it was a great way to teach her where the correct place to go toilet is (outside / on grass) before she was vaccinated and able to be taken out for walks.

Do not waste your money!
We have had for 3 days and my dog has done 1-2 wees on it, it’s smells so bad.
It has attracted flies into the house and is is really wet. It does not absorb like it states.
I have had to bin the grass because my house it starting to smell.

Amazing product and even somehow better customer service, Sarah is an absolute gem so very helpful and quick when I have to change my subscription and delivery dates.

Piddle patch was the perfect solution for house training my puppy! We live on the second floor and have a balcony. It wasn’t always easy to get downstairs quickly, so the piddle patch was the ideal solution. We started off with the the patch in his puppy pen and moved it to the balcony when he was a bit older. The subscription was great because it took the hassle of re-ordering out of the equation and we were able to make our patch last up to 3 weeks with a little bit of TLC. Puppy is now so comfortable going on grass that he is fully housetrained. It’s a great product and I would recommend it to anybody with a new puppy and limited access to a garden.

Piddle patch needs to change to a different delivery service, meaning DPD there is always a problem with delivering the piddle patch.

I discovered Piddle-Patch when we brought home our last pup 2 years ago and have been singing their praises ever since. It was an absolute no-brainer that I’d use them again when we brought home the new pup a few weeks ago. Being able to travel with a patch of fresh turf in the car opens up a world of possibilities before puppy-inoculations are done, and house-training has been faster, easier and much less hassle by establishing an early preference for toileting on grass. The pup likes to lay on them too, especially when they’re fresh, to the point that I considered having a ‘piddle-patch’ and a ’snoozing-patch’.
