Love the Gemlightbox Pro
I purchased a gemlightbox pro a few weeks ago. It is amazing. I had fourteen bracelets to list and market. The photos and software are amazing. I was able to fairly quickly take the set of 14 photos (aerial plus 4 photos) and then populate them into a catalogue. I am so happy that I have Gemlightbox pro!!

Will NOT work well with an Android phone!
We purchased the Gem Lightbox Pro in October 2022 to photograph ongoing inventory, appraisals, etc. The lightbox DOES take wonderful photos using their app and an iphone, HOWEVER this is NOT the case when using an android-based phone.
Two of my employees (one employee has an iphone), the other and myself have Samsung Galaxy Phones (one S10 plus, one S22 plus) and although the android phone's cameras are amazing on their own, they are not capable to achieve a perfect or near perfect, white background when using the Picup Media's app and Gem Lightbox Pro.
My people here spent COUNTLESS hours speaking and emailing with Picup Media's tech people over many weeks, only to learn in the end (yesterday, 12/23/22) that there is no further help that they can assist with, and that we're on our own at this point.
To be honest, I feel completely DUPED by Picup Media and their DISHONEST claims that their product will work equally with either iphone or android. We will now be forced to spending more money to purchase a dedicated iphone to use with this lightbox, which is already grossly overpriced.

Keeping up with changing smartphone technology
Exceptionally capable people. Resolved my problem with hands on help. The product is outstanding. The company have to keep up with all the various brands and models of smartphones, and continually changing technology. My problem was exactly that, my latest phone was blocking Gemlightbox settings. My problem was resolved straight away, and now my photos are top Class.
