I was really disappointed in the quality of the print and how cheap it looked for the £36 I paid. I emailed customer services on the day I opened it and it’s been ignored. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift but I won’t be giving it. The concept is lovely,

I ordered the 40cm x 50cm in watercolour, with the black frame. The picture arrived packaged well and looks great on my wall. I accidentally put the wrong address on the order but after a quick email it was all sorted. Very happy with my purchase and good customer service.

Really easy process and different options available depending on what you like. Order was dispatched and delivered in a good time frame. Quality on arrival was excellent and the person it was a gift for loved it

Placed an order on Monday and received an email the following day saying it had been shipped, I was initially impressed thinking this was a fast turnaround. However the tracking link they sent for Royal Mail 48 has never changed status and has remained on "We are expecting your item" and says the shipper hasn't yet sent it. I gave it another day or 2 to give them time to post, however by today (Friday) it is still saying the same thing. I emailed Picture the Stars yesterday morning (Thurs) at 9am and by noon today (Fri) I have still had no response. I tried calling the number on their website and still nothing, the number rang out. I had read all of the other reviews and thought they would be a good company to use however I am now concerned I have paid for a product I won't receive.

So easy to choose and order. Poster looks amazing. Ysed a few tines for special birthday's. Will definitely use again.

Good experience prompt delivery and a very nice picture

Good product, easy process, quality image only issue was Royal Mail, bought on Thursday, delivered Wednesday 6 days later, missed recipients wedding anniversary date. Was listed as royal mail tracking 48hrs.

Arrived a little damaged on the corner.

Ordered a picture for my girlfriends birthday, accidentally went too far on the slider and unknowingly pit the wrong date, when I discovered this after I put the order in, I emailed and phoned customer support 3 separate days and no one answered.

I paid £30 and its just a rolled up poster. Cheap and tacky

My experience has been great from start to finish. The quality is good and value for money. A really nice gift for someone's birthday. I had a little issue with the print and they responded to my emails very quickly, every time with a solution. Amazing customer service.

Really good quality photo. Loved it great present for anniversaries.

Despite being told this would be delivered Wednesday pm, it is now Friday pm and it has still not arrived. So I can't comment on how it looks, and not can the recipient.

Since this review (below) I have since been contacted, received the wall strips and also a refund and believe the shortfall to be a genuine error now rectified, so have adjusted the stars score accordingly.
Order #40563 - Ordered with wall strips on 26 Feb 2026. On arrival no wall strips were provided.
Emailed to ask for these on 28/02, again on 10/03, again on 17/03 and again 14/04 - all with no response.
They don't seem to react to emails as I've sent 4 now without response. Suggest you buy elsewhere as they just fail to deliver in full and you're met with silence.
