The items were delivered very fast
The items were delivered very fast. One of the items i received were the wrong colour. I called customer services but they were closed. On Monday someone from customer services tried to call me, but i was busy. They then left a message. I sent a message back and was contacted again very quickly. My query was resolved very quickly. The agent apologised and said i culd keep the wrong item and that they would send a new bracelet i the right colour. This was very generous. I would recommend picture.it. They have lovely gift items but i think their customer service is fantastic. I have never come across a company who appreciate their customers like Picture.it. They are efficient, they do everything possible to resolve your issues as quickly as possible. 10/10. I will definitely order from them again.

Nice mousepad, but cheap book materials
Very pleased with the mouse pad, however the kjæreste book, while super cute, is not properly secured inside the outer hard cover so it seems like the pages can easily fall out. Cheaply made. No issues with shipping.
