This website is very easy to navigate. It offers a variety of suitable frames, and the timeline from order to delivery is satisfactory.

I ordered two prints as well as frames.
After about 10 days I sent a email looking for an update on my order and did not receive a response then I sent a second request for the same, that was on a Friday. On Monday I received an answer that the frame is out of stock and they had no idea when it would be in stock.
The on line delivery information said it was ready to ship! I asked for something similar and was directed to totally different products. I canceled my order and went to another company.
I would never order from them again!!!

Great Selection! Ease of ordering!

It was easy to order my favorite, high quality frames. I will mention, in case picture frames.com is reading this, that using push points without asking the customer if they want them, is NOT helpful. My previous order had plexiglass and foam core backing so I understand that it needed to be secured. But there were far more push points used than were necessary and I very nearly ruined my frame removing the miserable things. The next time I plan to order a frame in need of them, I will call the order in and make sure that that does not happen again. Some of us are professional artists working deadlines and this kind of frustration and near disaster does not help. All in all, I appreciate this company and the good work they do. I have been ordering from them for many years.

Better prices and quality frames.

I thought the UI (Usability) was excellent. I would improve the ability to change frame selection after an image has been selected (selection edits) but other than that A+...

The frames look wonderful on my paintings & they arrived in record time!!

I ordered this frame largely in part because it was to be delivered no later than two days ago and I needed it no later than yesterday. It still hasn’t been delivered and UPS says they do not yet have a new delivery date.

Easy to choose easy to find the correct size.

I wanted to purchase one more frame, and have it included with my first order shipment . My thought was the $50 shipping fee should cover the minimal extra weight of 4 pieces of 40" wood. A lot of online frame outfits include shipping or don't jack you up at checkout.

I was unclear on the colors of a frame and a matte, so I called and spoke to a customer representative who was WONDERFUL!! Very informative and helpful. I immediately placed my order and look forward to getting the items and putting it all together with my artwork.

I haven't put up pictures of my wife since she's passed back in 2024. The thought of her leaving so early in life is still hard to cope with. However I took a chance and purchased two of her at 18x24. They came out so amazing I'm glad I made the choice to purchase them. Now I'm purchasing them again for my in-laws! Such great quality and care! Thank you!

Great product, and customer service!

The website is easy to use. Just choose a frame, color and enter the size of the item you are framing. The site will adjust for the correct opening and provide a new overall size. I am a repeat customer and have ordered more than ten frames for artwork in the past few years

I ordered a pic in a frame on 5-8-26. On 5-29-26 I called a Customer service (CS) representative concerning my order that was tentatively scheduled for 5-26-26. the frame went on back order on 5-14-26. I asked why they did not notify when the frame went on back order she stated there is no communication between the processing area and customer service so she said they did not know it was on back order. I asked when frame would be available and she stated it could be a year before they are back in stock. I ended up asking for a refund. I personally would never recommend this company to anyone.

The picture is absolutely gorgeous and everything that I hoped it would be. The frame is perfect for the picture. I appreciate the correspondence of letting me know that the order was on its way. The quality or the frame work and picture is perfect.

I had been a long time customer of yours buying your GG1 frame which was then renamed the Mabel. The last time I wanted to order them I was told you no longer had them I was very disappointed. I figured I'd take another look to see if you have it for my upcoming show and I was so pleased you do have it. I ordered 26 frames last week and I got a notice yesterday that they will be here Monday> I am so happy and so relieved that I will have them in time for my annual show which opens in two weeks. Thank you. What a relief.

When I contacted them when the frame didn't arrive by due date, they said it was out of stock. They should have let me know either when I ordered or once the delivery date passed.
