Buyer beware

Buyer beware. I purchased a watch and paid for the watch with shipping and tax. Once it was delivered, I received a bill from FedEx for an additional charge of $46 on top of the $157 I paid Picto. Picto failed to mention additional fees for duties and fees from FedEx. This should have been disclosed at the time of purchase so I could have made a more informed decision.

Dodgy dealing

I love the visual design of these watches, but quality and customer service doesn't match. I see i not the inly one to have experienced watch stopping after a couple of months. I actually had 3 replacements sent and same thing happened each time. It is obvious there is a tooling issue, a jeweller has said a part comes loose. I finally advised that and requested a refund. This was approved with a credit note but the refund did not come and all contact after the approval was ignored.

The customer service is an absolute…

The customer service is an absolute shame! I have contacted them with an issue about my watch, being during the warranty and never responded. Eventualy the top glass simply was detached and now the watch is useless. What a shame for a new watch!

bad customer service

I love the design of the watch, but the quality and especially the customer service are not what they should be.
After three months my watch stopped working. Luckily, a local watchmaker could fix it, but then a little while after, the strap tore. When I contacted customer service, they said it was because I got stuck behind something, which was not the case. It just fell off while I was typing. They refused to replace the strap, even though I had hardly worn it. When I asked for a discount for a new one, they offered a lame 10%. For the price of their strap, I was able to buy two straps from another website with universal straps.

A different Experience

I haven't had the need for customer service, but purchased and received my watch quickly, delivered to me in San Francisco. Been wearing it for several months now and have no complaints. Gold case and band, with a pop of blueish-teal, and it's pretty dope.

Very nice watch

Picto Watches has been of great help in the misadventures related to a calamitous private delivery service.
Following the loss of my watch by the delivery company, Picto Watch immediately sent me a second one. And I don't regret my purchase, very stylish.

Dire customer service

I ordered a Picto necklace watch on 18 March 2025. The FEDEX delivery was incredibly slow and the tracking shows that my parcel travelled back and forth between two locations in Denmark for 9 days. It finally arrived via Dublin and the order is fine. However, the watch is unsuitable so I wish to return it. There was no returns label provided inside the package as promised. I did locate a UPS returns portal for Picto watch on Sat 5th April but decided not to use it as it cost £10. I emailed them instead in case they could send me a label and take the £8 returns charge off my refund. It is now Tue 8th April and despite promising to respond to emails in 24 hours I have not had a response. I also can no longer locate the UPS Picto watch returns portal online so that I can buy my own returns label. It is all very odd, and I regret making this purchase. I will update theis review if I ever make contact with the company, or get my refund processed.

That the company is ok, but beware

Checked re import duties. Got immediate reply so ordered watch.
It didn’t work.
Could have been the battery, but I wasn’t going to mess around.
Read the reviews here - got very anxious. No response to emails. All looking very worrying. Took the only option and returned the watch - costing me £10, but at last I knew when they got it back. No communications so left comments on their facebook and Instagram accounts.
Suddenly, got refund and explanatory emails about their website had been hacked, compromising their communications. Ok.
So, satisfied that I got the refund, but could have done without the hassle and the disappointment of a stylish watch which could only tell the correct time twice a day.

Poor quality and zero customer service.

Ordered a watch for my wife's birthday in October 2024. Watch arrived in good time, looked great and my wife loved it. All good so far... However, after just a couple of months the watch stopped working. I first emailed Picto customer service in Dec 2024, and no reply. I have since emailed about 20 times to various Picto email address, and submitted their warranty inquiry form a few times. Still no reply. Picto watches look good, but unfortunately it seems everything else about them is awful. Stay well clear.

I order watch and was promised to have it by Christmas. so far nothing came! kept on emailing to customr service on updates but they did not reply on my inquiries. horrible service!

Mine stopped working after a week

Mine stopped working after a week. I have sent at least 3 emails no response whatsoever. I tried to return, they charged me 10 dollars for shipping and never sent the return labor. I am lost for works how bad this company is

Happy UK customer

Having read the reviews here (and being UK based) I was concerned about the VAT and import duties, and also customer service should I have a problem with the watch. So I emailed customer support and got a response the same day (pasted in below). This gave me confidence so I ordered the watch and it arrived two days later (with the fast postage option). There were no VAT or import duties to pay. Hopefully the watch won’t have issues and I won’t need any customer service, but the response below is reassuring.

“We have recently made several changes to our organizational structure to enhance our customer service. We now have a dedicated team responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring that all questions are answered promptly and efficiently. Our goal is to ensure that all our customers feel secure when shopping with us and that their concerns are addressed in a satisfactory manner.

Regarding the challenges some of our customers have experienced with import duties for deliveries to the UK, I am pleased to inform you that we have taken the necessary steps to resolve this issue. We are now VAT registered in the UK, which means there should no longer be any unexpected charges or fees for deliveries to the UK. This should ensure a smooth delivery process, and we hope this provides you with peace of mind when shopping with us.”
