Over 18 days for a shipment that was supposed to arrive in 4-7 business days. In addition, i order a wrong size of knee sleeves and immediately sent an email but was unable to amend my order even though i sent an email the same day.

The quality of the knee pads is excellent. The only problem is that I should have ordered a larger size. My knee circumference is 38cm and I ordered size L, but I think size XL would fit me better. L is too tight. The jump rope is great.

We are sorry for your negative review... your order is on delivery today. You placed the order on the 20th and having ordered a custom belt, the preparation time can be up to 15 days as informed on the product information in our website.
Even in this Black Friday dates, we are working hard to try to get everything on time and we have needed less days than expected to be able to ship it.
