dont do it

First of all, to fill the little vial with my blood, had to be a group effort, and not easy for me as I get woozy when I see blood. so I stepped up and took the 1/2 hour to fill the vial they sent me. I just got my results, and they said my results really didn't show anything that I was allergic to, and states that most likely it was a false negative, and then proceed to ask me what medications I would like to order, when having no reactions.
So I ask if I can retake the test. the reply from "my doctor" was lame and doesn't address a retake, and lets me know that if I need help with medications let them know. I think this is a scam.

Fraud. Impossible to cancel

Impossible to cancel order or membership. Got an order processing email at 7 a.m. saying "you can modify or cancel at any time"; called at 10 a.m. sharp when the customer service line opened; no one picked up after over 20 mins wait; Text and email to cancel instead; Got a reply saying "order's been processed and too late to cancel. We need a reason to cancel future orders". I was still being charged six months later after a few failed attempts to cancel and had to dispute to my credit card company. Avoid this company if you don't want 10 bottles of overpriced allergy pill sitting and expiring at home.

No Customer Service

Unable to reach a live person..
They sent me another unsolicited kit, and when I texted them asking why they said the sample wasn't enough. When I tried entering the new kit #, they said to contact their care team. No one picked up nor responded to my text.

A bait and switch company.

Will not order from a company that practices bait and switch. Searched "Fexofenadine" and Picnic showed up with a great price. Clicked on the link, that price was nowhere to be found.

They are way overpriced

They are way overpriced. Their advertising says to drop the one size fits all allergy treatments and all they offer are products that you can be for much less elsewhere, seriously like 1/4 the price if you buy in bulk, That re some of the most common allergy medications on the market.

Based on how many ads I'm seeing on Facebook, I'm sure they are spending more money on advertising than they are on the actual product, but hey, with the prices they charge they can afford it.
