Good guide ad stay

We booked our Bali package through Pickyourtrail, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, and the on-ground arrangements were well-organized. The locations included in the itinerary were thoughtfully chosen, offering a great mix of relaxation and exploration. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, which added a lot of value to the trip. I recently went on a Thailand trip (Bangkok & Pattaya) with the help of Pick Your Trail, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything was well-organized and perfectly planned.

All the airport transfers and local transport were on time, and the daily activities were arranged smoothly without any hassle. The hotels provided in both cities were really good and clean, comfortable, and in great locations, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

U can improve more by calling the customers during journey period so that they can feel good and helpful in that periods.

Had an amazing 7-day trip to Bali booked through Pickyourtrail. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and perfectly balanced adventure with relaxation. We stayed in Ubud and Kuta, and enjoyed activities like white-water rafting, an ATV jungle ride, the Mount Batur sunrise jeep tour, and a breathtaking day at Nusa Penida covering Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, and more.

All transfers were smooth, guides were friendly, and accommodations were great. Everything was well-coordinated, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Huge thanks to Pickyourtrail for making this a stress-free and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience with your team,all the arrangements made by your team was amazing. This was my first experience with you but not feel like a first experience. Just want to mention that in the beginning I was not trusting at all on you but then the person Mr. Kunal assure my full trust. After that I have done all my bookings.
Also special mention to the driver Mr. Indra, he was amazing person. His punctuality and true dedication towards us and our time was just phenomenal. He also helped us during money exchange we almost get cheated but he saved us.So definitely recommend him to my family and friends for future. Extremely Disappointed with Pickyourtrail – A Nightmare Trip to Vietnam (May 2025)

I had one of my worst travel experiences ever with Pickyourtrail during my trip to Vietnam in May 2025. What was supposed to be a relaxing and well-managed holiday turned into a stressful and chaotic experience — all due to poor planning, lack of support, and unethical practices by the company.

Here's what went wrong:
Absolutely Zero Support During the Trip: Once the trip started, no one from Pickyourtrail was available for assistance. Whether it was small queries or serious problems, their so-called “24x7 support” was non-existent. We felt completely abandoned in a foreign country.

Double Charges & Forced Extra Payments: We were charged twice for certain services and even worse, forced to make additional payments upfront during the trip. One instance was especially shocking — our on-ground operator and guide stopped the trip midway at an unknown location and refused to continue unless we paid extra on the spot. Pickyourtrail didn’t help, and we had no choice but to pay to ensure our safety and get the trip moving.

Flight Delay – No Help Provided: Our flight was delayed by more than 9 hours, and once again, there was no one from Pickyourtrail to guide or assist us with the next steps. When you’re stuck at an airport in a foreign country for almost half a day, a little help goes a long way — but unfortunately, we were left to figure things out on our own.

Final Thoughts:
This was not a budget trip — we paid good money expecting a hassle-free experience. But what we got was a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, and empathy. The worst part? No apology, no refund, not even proper acknowledgment of what went wrong.

I strongly do not recommend Pickyourtrail to anyone planning international travel. They’re good at selling you the dream but disappear when things go wrong. Travel is supposed to be enjoyable, not full of stress and forced payments.

Think twice before trusting your vacation with them.

The arrangements were very nice

It was a wonderful experience to Thailand for us.We enjoyed all the destination and the hotel arrangements and transportation were up to the mark.The travel agency were so kind and provided us all support and given important to the tiniest details.I would definitely recommend PYT, hoping to travel soon again.

Starting from the intenary planning to going to the place everything went good. Everything was taken and queries was addressed as soon as possible. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 becoz iternary was changed a bit at the end. Apart from that everything went good we enjoyed the trip and it was very comfortable
