Scumbags amassed a huge customer base and then sold the data to You Pick We Mix. Founder of Pick Yo Mix vanished overnight. Incredible.

Used them for a while with no real issues, but then one time I get the complete wrong order, not the end of the world, but I try to contact them to see if they can help, and after emailing over 5 times, contacting them on Facebook and Instagram I never got a reply after 6 months of trying to get through.

Constantly inundated with e-mails; several times a day, about some new discount code that knocks a whooping £5 off heavily priced sweets. I've ordered in the past two times and the service was okay but the emails are intrusive. It would also appear that the company has now changed hands, so I believe their use of the mailing list to be incredibly tactless. Would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Used to be incredible, then went out of business earlier in 2022 and have sold out to a coupon company ever since. No longer providing the excellent service they once did but have kept the mailing list to spam everyone with. Don't bother getting your hopes up.

Being a huge pic n mix fan and having ordered from Pick Yo Mix during the pandemic and finding them to have a delicious range of super fresh sweets, I knew I wanted them at my wedding. I emailed Jess and the team and they were so helpful (even sending me a freebie!). I bulk ordered and despite the huge amount of food at the wedding, all the sweets were gone by the evening with lots of people asking where they were from! They were a hit! Also loved the packaging and tracking service. Thanks!

sweets are poor chocolate eclairs are cheap not cadburys the eggs and beer bottles dont taste right
white chocolate has funny taste the jelly sweets in genral are too soft should be the harder ones, just not the best by a long shot, you pick we mix are miles better

Received my order after 9 days and one bag weighed 800 grams ….. sent a message to the site and was basically told “tough” because I had chosen some light sweets to put in the bag ….. I suggested maybe a bigger bag should be used when customers order lighter items so that they will get the 1kg they paid for

10/10 in all aspects. Sweets fresh and yummy. Delivery swift and informative. Customer service second to none. Great sense of humour, friendly and helpful. Brilliant business to order from.

Lovely variety of sweets really fresh and tasty and reasonably priced very good communication and fast delivery can’t fault them. I will be making more purchases 😊

The quality of your sweets it's 10/10. I’ve used 2 other online sweet shops, one was so low-end it was not worth a mention, (you get what you pay for) The other was ok but the service (delivery) is just appalling, PickYoMix!!! You have absolutely nailed it. Great product always on time and friendly customer service.

Amazing company, can’t fault them at all. Been using them for about a year maybe, had 5+ deliveries and never had an issue. Great quality and very tasty sweets, quite a large selection to choose from, reasonably priced, goods are well packaged and sweets keep fresh in grip seal bags (if you can stop eating them for long enough to close the bag) 😂

Awful customer service. I ordered a Christmas box on the 9th December. I received a Royal Mail tracking number with the shipped email on the 10th December. The Royal Mail tracking number is still saying the package hasn’t been picked up from pick yo mix. No response from my email to customer services. So I have to assume that nothing is showing up for Christmas!

Second time buying items. Got the Halloween edition was fantastic for my kids vegan/veggies choice was excellent. Now ordered the Christmas box. Would totally recommend this for party picks. Kids and adults love them when I put them out

Great range of sweets to select from and an excellent mix in the Christmas surprise bag! Ordering was so easy and delivery was super quick. To top it off a great loyalty scheme which I’m always a sucker for!
