Slow respons, very poor editing, can't control anything yourself, not properly reading my requests,... Didn't even reply to my email in which I listed these reasons why I stopped my draft. Found a different supplier which was muuuch better.

I do not recommend anyone purchase from this site. I purchased an Anne Klein watch on May 30th, and have been emailing PickPerfect every since that date for a shipment and delivery date. No one seems to know when the watch will be shipped so I finally just canceled the order. It's ridiculous that they take your money and don't follow through. And of course you can't physically speak with anyone, so you're at the mercy of emails from their so called customer service person. If I had the option of rating them ZERO stars, that's what they would get!

Stay away from this SCAM website. I wish I saw all these negative reviews before I made a purchase from pickperfect.com. I ordered Alice from Wonderland doll for my niece and they sent completely different cheap doll. I sent multiple emails through their “help” portal but never got a response. I’m disputing my cr/c transaction but this scammers are arrogant enough to fight it back claiming that they sent the right item. I’m also reporting this website to FTC to prevent other consumers from being scammed.

Description and photo were a Milk Carton Purse. Received a plain cheap vinyl tote. No response to my return request. Complete scam.

Deceiving !! NEVER AGAIN will I order from them. They had a picture of TAYLOR SWIFT GIFT SET, I RECEIVED A SPONGE FOR 21 DOLLARS! THEY A NO RETURN POLICY POLICY. BEWARE. I'M SHARING THIS ON FACE BOOK AND TWITTER!!!!!!!!!

Received a mesh pouf that cost almost 20 dollars. Item details and picture show a gift set with Taylor Swift fragrance items. Logged in to site which said no returns. Bad business!

I ordered a refurbished MacBook Air with 8GB of RAM and a 256GB hard drive. They shipped me a Model with only 4GB RAM and 128GB drive. They promised to get back to me inb2 business days. It’s been 5. They say it’s their partner’s issue but can’t get their partner to respond. I filed a complaint with my credit card company but it’s truly ridicules. Why would they do business with partners that do not respond?

Horrible customer service - placed 2 separate orders which were supposed to be shipped within four days. I emailed for update after 4 days, no response, emailed 5 days no response, 6 days, no response....now we are 12 days after order date and I have no email response for any of my daily emails. Also they cancelled my second order with no email explanation. I will never order from this company again. Had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company for the first order as it won't arrive in time. Horrible experience.

It has been 4 days and 1.5 weeks since I contacted customer service about the incomplete order and I have gotten no news about my shipment and am out $100 and 12 shirts. Horrible company and slow customer service. Will continue updating with process.

Job done quickly, great communication.
