Great service , fast delivery

Communication re order and progression of my order was excellent. Product arrived exactly as promised. Product appears to be of really good quality - time will tell on reliability/longevity etc of course.

We all buy loads of stuff from the Internet. When everything goes to plan it's all good. When something goes wrong that's when you find out what kind of company you've spent your money with.
I bought a headtorch from Pickmore.co.uk, it arrived promptly but unfortunately it didn't work!. I suspected a faulty battery and contacted Pickmore with the issue.
I recieved a reply straight away, (from Andrew), apologising for the issue and offering me a replacement. I asked about returning the faulty one. Andrew told me to keep it. I replied I thought it was just the battery and they could replace it and re-sell it, but Andrew insisted it was fine and just to keep it.
My replacement came within days and works just fine.
This is great customer service, something you don't seem to get that much these days. Thank you Andrew. I'm very pleased with the product and your prompt replies and resolution of the issue.

I have bought a couple of things from Pickmore and the service has been amazing every time.

Good product, well packaged, kept informed about delivery with helpful mails, it was Royal Mail who messed up with 24 hour delivery delay and not the traders fault.

On time no issues

Kept informed of order and delivery situation, clear invoice provided and delivery within good timespan. Good help with telephone enquiry. Only negative was lack of any assembly information whatsoever from manufacturer, so causing phone call and e-mail to Pickmore.
