The item shipped to me did not look like the dish rack for over the sink that I ordered. It arrived broken and was very cheap plastic. No instructions. Design cannot even drain water! Piece of crap!

Missing Case/No response
We bought a phone case in November of 2018. Sent them 3 emails and no response. I tried messaging them on their website and no response. So I emailed from a work email and they responded and asked for the info. When I gave them the info they did not respond back or send the case. I then went on another email and the same thing happened. A third time I emailed from a different email and the same thing happened. Its now,5 months later and no case. I recently accidentally dropped the phone and it cracked.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they did not man up and resend a replacement case.
Not happy with this rip off of a company.

1 Star is to much.
I ordered a smart wallet for 32$ and received plastic device without any function. Fake offered as a brand wallet. Also delivery about 5 weeks. Keep your hands off!!!

It took over 2 months to receive my case and it was the wrong one. I have emailed their customer service three times and have not received a response. I am assuming I just threw away money on this. Would not recommend to anyone.

This a follow up to my earlier message in which I strongly complained about having paid and NOT received my phone case. Well, some time after my message I did receive the phone case. However, the quality of the product is far below what it appears to be on the facebook advertisement. So the advice of many people is further confirmed: do NOT buy from Pickido! There is no win situation with them...

Wrong cover.
It seems that I am also a member of this club. I did receive my cover, but it was the wrong one. The box it came in was the right size, but the cover was wrong, too small. I have written several times, but i have still not heard from them. This was on 15th November.
I have sent a new email today, but I have little expectation.

Very very bad customer service and a Deceiving advert on face book of the phone case. First you have to wait for 2 MONTH after paying then when it comes ALREADY DAMAGED the customer service DO NOT BOTHER TO RESPOND. WASTE OF MONEY... Bought a phone case with smash proof screen, it arrived without the screen?? Then emailed them to ask for the screen to which they offered me a €10 Bloody gift card 2 months later. Crap. Don't waste your time

The customer service sucks
The customer service sucks. I canceled my order within 24hours two months later they sent an email saying it was to late to cancel and that they were shipping my order. Another two months later I finally got the product. I am very dissatisfied.

Do not waste your money.....
It took quite awhile to get our phone cases but that isn't the issue.
The cases are nice esthetically but the phone sits kind of loosely in the phone case (yes, we ordered the right case for our phones).
However, the worst part is the lack of actual protection. The magnets on this case ARE NOT as powerful as the ad has you believe, NOR is the phone case as DURABLE. I dropped my phone on to the table at the end of the day and the case popped open and my phone slid right out.
Then my phone dropped out of my pocket (luckily on my martial art mats and not my hard wood floors ) and again, the case popped open and my phone flew out of its case.
This case is absolutely useless to me.

Never again
Never again - had I looked up on here first, I would never have purchased the phone cases. Constant chasing for my order, to be told they had manufacturing issue, so demanded they cancel my order and give me a full refund, which they agreed, only for them to send me 2x cases which were not sealed, looked like they had been previously returned and damaged and now refusing to make any further contact or provide the full refund as promised.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I KNOW I NEVER WILL AGAIN, THEY ARE JUST ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR QUALITY SATISFACTION.

No customer service
I also ordered a phone case, it eventually arrived after a month and the on/off button is missing, which renders it totally unusable. I have emailed customer services 5 or 6 times and have had no response back. so, basically a complete waste of money, as I am left with a phone case which I can't use.

Ordered a Note 9 case from these shysters, and two months later I received a product that was poorly packed and completely destroyed. Customer service is non existent, I just lost $25. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
