The agent i got connected with cussed…

The agent i got connected with cussed at me when he found out I didnt have my card with me at the time to put on "file" he hung up on me when I called him out on being rude and then after our call was over he went on another number and started texting me calling me names and talking junk to me. If it is a real business then he wouldnt had done all that!

My Pickhealthinsurance.com experience was horrible

I had a very concerning experience with PickHealthInsurance.com. The representative who contacted me was extremely condescending and rude throughout the conversation. He said he was an independent broker for Access Health. When I asked basic questions—including his name—he refused to provide it, which immediately raised red flags.

The situation became even more uncomfortable when he aggressively pushed for my ACH routing and banking information. When I declined to provide such sensitive details without proper verification, his tone became hostile and unprofessional.

This interaction felt more like pressure tactics than legitimate customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when sharing personal or financial information and to ensure they are dealing with a verified and reputable representative before proceeding.

I feel Pichhealthinsurance must vet the agencies and brokers that they are disseminating our (the publics) contact information to a whole lot better, as this was a very unsatisfactory and, to say the very least, a nerve-racking experience. I have a really bad taste in my mouth now about utilizing companies like this, and I wholeheartedly feel that the person on the other end of the phone would have scammed my family and me out of our money had I given him my banking routing credentials.
