Double charged me for a survey
Double charged me for a survey. I tried out their service and got one survey which I paid for, but then they double charged me !. I reached out to support who asked for details and then never ever responded, thats not right !
Update I was asked by Picfu to provide them more details
I sent them the exact order number! And yet they can’t find it apparently ? Nonsense
I literally gave you the exact order number as proof
So please stop trying to make out this experience isn’t genuine as it is

Well your invoice states 762049 under Mark Colclough, I have it in front me. I have 1 invoice thats one invoice and two charges for it !
Since you have not refunded me, tomorrow I will do a chargeback for services not provided and then you will see it and wont be able to deny it will you
