The Pickford team were excellent - from the initial survey by Paul we were put at ease that nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte helped us handle the formalties/logistics - explaining everything clearly. The 5 day move was handled smoothly by Nick, Harrison and Brian (with a few others along the way). It was hassle free and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Moving is always stressful, but Chantelle and Andrew at Pickfords made our move from NY to the UK as smooth and easy as possible. Every step of the way they were there to answer our questions and calm our nerves. If we ever have to move again, I would use Pickfords in a heartbeat.

We recently moved with Pickfords and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The crew were incredibly helpful and efficient throughout. Terry and Kamil did a fantastic job, handling everything with care and completing the move quickly, with no damage at all.
Ahead of the move, the packing materials were delivered on time, and the team member took the time to patiently show me how to pack items properly to avoid any issues. Collection of the materials afterwards was just as prompt, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, a seamless and well-handled move from start to finish.

Team was punctual and polite

We recently received the return delivery of our furniture from Pickfords under reference PF25042143-01, and I can honestly say the service was outstanding from beginning to end.

In the same smooth and professional manner in which the team originally packed and collected our furniture, everything was returned seamlessly and with great care. Paul, Gabriel and Nick were excellent throughout the entire process — friendly, extremely polite, professional, and highly respectful of both our belongings and our home. They took the time to ensure every piece of furniture was placed correctly and handled everything with exceptional care and attention.

A special mention also goes to Jade from the reception and coordination team, who was consistently helpful, friendly, and always available to provide information and support whenever needed. That level of communication makes a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.

I would absolutely recommend Pickfords as the number one removal company. Reliable, organised, professional and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish. A superb experience all around.

First half of the removal, i.e. the pick up has gone really smooth. I thank the team that came here to pick up the furniture. They were friendly and incredibly professional, punctual, efficient.
