Company does not stand behind product. Their product is cheap does not represent what they are selling. If requesting a refund they only offer partial refunds. They only care about sales and the bottom line not customer satisfaction.

Great Project

I've been using Pickaw for quite some time and I can not express any more how happy I am with the platform. It is user friendly, feature packed, and has everything one needs to create contests and draw winners from many different platforms. Pricing is solid and fair, yet the customer service has exceeded far beyond my expectations. I've contacted support through Twitter and received professional responses. That is unheard of when trying to reach support through a social media channel. Most other platform services do not respond or ignore your request(s). So, if you're looking for peace of mind, quality, features, service excellence, transparency; and just a solid platform for your giveaways and contests, Pickaw is by by far the most superior, hands down. You will not regret it.

I used Pickaw for years for my raffles on twitter, and they were extremely amazing and functional! even their free functions were good, but if you paid a bit more, you'd be able to use more of their services.

I thought of them highly--- until their application on Twitter, which I had authorized years ago, started accessing my account without any consent and liking and replying to things related to NFT SCAMS. This was clearly a big violation of my privacy as a user AND a very big fat lie about their "Yes, your connection to the platform is secured by a highly secure encryption and can be seen in the URL with a green lock and the company name Pickaw SAS displayed. We invite you to consult our Trustpilot page to ensure the reliability of our services."

My Twitter account was highly secured, with two-factor authentification connected to a security token in my phone. It TELLS you when someone tries to log into it. In this case, it took me time to notice all the replies containing the NFT SCAM because whoever entered my account didn't have to go through any security measure, the application had already been granted access years ago.
The reason I know it was PICKAW it's because in Twitter's History Access, the application had been last to access my account-- at the same time the replies were being posted to my account.

Do not trust this service.
Do not grant it access to your twitter account. You could lose it.
Do not support NFTS.
