I cannot rate Pickasuit highly enough. it is easy to judge companies when everything works and it all goes smoothly, but the true test of a business is how well do they do when you need to deal with their customer services department. I can honestly say I feel Pickasuit are one the best, if not the best, company I have ever dealt with. When I first submitted my order, I was apprehensive as I had to take my own measurements and i was aware that I could make a mistake, I received communication from them within 24 hours querying a measurement (I like my trousers quite long in the leg), this reassured me that they were actually concerned with what they made and how well it would fit me.
Unfortunately due to covid there were delays in completing my order, normally this would not be an issue but since I had ordered my suit for my wedding there was a hard deadline, whenever I communicated with Pickasuit they replied very soon, usually the same day (once taking time zones in to account), each time I felt that someone was not only reading what I wrote to them, but actually understanding what I was asking, their replies were always courteous and helpful, as if they could not do enough to help me. I was kept informed each step of the way and I really felt like they were as concerned with me getting my suit on time as I was. and if that was not enough, when the suit arrived it fit perfectly and looked fantastic. I will be using Pickasuit again and i would highly recommend them to anyone. If, like I was, you are concerned about ordering a suit online without having a retail premises to fall back on then be assured, this company will look after you and give you a great product (and the prices and quality are very good too)

I have been buying business shirts for almost 20 years now. I had heard Pickashirt mentioned a couple of times so thought it was time to try them. I am actually quite amazed at the quality of shirt they are producing for the price. They are truly high quality shirts, really well constructed. They arrived nicely in a black plastic satchel with the shirt wrapped in tissue paper inside. Shirt was made correctly to the measurements I provided. Can't pick a fault. Simply an excellent value service, so I will happily be spreading the good word.

They are blackmailing people to change their reviews or they won’t send you your product. Please contact me if you would like proof.

I ordered shirts for my husband. I took a shirt that he wears all the time and measured it using their online instructions. He totally loves the shirts that have arrived. The quality of the shirts is reaaaaally nice. You can see the stitching is excellent. They wash and iron well. They have a nice thick collars that keep their shape. They matched the fit of the shirt I measured very well. The whole process was very smooth. Thank you!

I've placed a lot of orders with Pickashirt. They are my go-to for all my work shirts. Tried a few similar services but Pickashirt does the best job with getting my sizing right. I have broad shoulders and short arms. I always get super friendly service via email and the shirts are fantastic. I ordered a batch of 5 Twill White and 5 Twill Light Blue about 4 years ago and those shirts are still going strong. I've referred a lot of my friends and work colleagues to Pickashirt. Happy to support a company doing a great job.

My favorite shirt! I recently had to buy a lot of nice cloths for my new job. I found I was an awkward fit (6’2” with long arms and long torso). I went everywhere and couldn’t find a fit and finally ended up spending $60 for nice shirts that fit ok (had to buy four or they would have been $85). Then I ordered one from pickashirt not really thinking it would work. The shirt fit perfectly!!! The material is nice and I got to pick everything about the look down to the buttons. I’m not buying shirts from other places again.

Order a tailored shirt because no off the rail shirts fit me, the shirt arrived 8 days after the order was placed and fits me perfectly. I will be ordering all my shirts from them from now on.

Very glad I came across Pickashirt. They were very personal in their customer support - the live chat staff are particularly helpful. They made me feel a bit like I was getting that true bespoke experience and cared about how my shirts will fit. The shirts themselves are superb quality. Fabric is lovely and they appear to be well made. Very happy.

I placed a custom shirt order and received an email from them asking me to check a couple of measurements. I had in fact made an error when measuring so I was very impressed straight away that they were able to detect this. They were very responsive throughout and my shirts arrived quickly. My friend had referred me to Pickashrt so I had seen the quality of the shirts he had ordered. Mine did not disappoint. Really nice quality. I would recommend giving this service a try.

Very happy with my custom shirts, thank you! I followed the steps on their site and designed two shirts, each with different collars and cuffs. It was my first time doing a tailor made shirt. I am 100% delighted with what has arrived. Top quality fabric and the shirts themselves are beautifully made. I would say better or equal quality to the most expensive shirts I own. Custom made shirts all the way for me from now on.

A few days ago, I posted a negative review of Pick a Shirt, complaining that I received synthetic shirts when I’d ordered cotton.

I’ve since been contacted by a company representative who checked the orders in question and has convinced me that what I received was in fact what I ordered: a cotton/polyester blend.

In my original review, I said that I had always previously received excellent service, and I’m happy to say that this holds true.

I have amended my rating accordingly, as it appears that the problem was caused by my confusion, not Pick-a-Shirt’s.

First, they have a great website. The materials and colors are accurately portrayed. Plenty of flexibility in fabrics and details. I wanted a shirt with no chest pocket, French placket and a semi-spread color plus two button cuff (good luck finding that off the rack!) and they delivered the goods. Beautiful fabric, just what I needed for summer meetings and events. Fast shipping considering the package went from Singapore to the States in just a few days. Anyone looking for made to measure should consider them. And you pay about the same for MTM as for dept store off the rack. Once you buy MTM you will not go back to store shirts again.

Being a first-time shopper for dress shirts I was nervous (been tailoring shirts more than 20 years). I used the method of measuring my own shirt and largely got it right. However the style of collars and height of the collars were not what they turned out to be (not their fault). I wrote to them and they were gracious enough to alter them so I sent them back. They altered them to my instructions to a 'T' and sent them right back. The only criticism is they never informed me the package was received (postal tracking took forever and I stopped tracking after a while). One piece of advice on the fabrics, best to either ask for samples if they do send them. They will also all colours are a little more dull than what I saw on the screen when choosing. In terms of tailoring quality (stitching, seams, I finishing) I'd say they are 8.5/10 for the price (I'd say about as good as a high quality off-the-shelf shirt brand like say Brooks Brothers. In terms of fabric quality I'd give them 7/10, nothing too special but decent to good quality. Packaging was very good, I'd say 10/10. One thing I didn't like was the buttons they provided by default (the free buttons). They are the thick and small type and are a little painful to grip and fasten.

At first I ordered 3 shirts in which one of them had a flaw is stitching. Also the sleeves were short.
I contacted them and immediately a nice guy called me and he replaced the flawed shirt with a new one without extra cost which I received today.
Also when they knew that i will not use the other 2 because of short sleeves they sent me a 100 $ voucher.
I placed a new 3 shirts order today and i will not buy any shirts else where

I ordered some shirts by submitting measurements from a well-fitting shirt. If I could give this company 10 stars out of 5 I would. Crazy impressed. I have been ordering shirts for a long time and this is hands down the best value for money for tailor made shirts I have seen. The shirts feel luxurious, they are well constructed and the fabric is excellent quality. I am just delighted with these shirts and more to the point I can't believe I have only discovered this company now - I see they have been around a long time. Highly recommend them!

I've ordered a number of custom shirts from various online tailors over the years with mixed results. At around $80NZD per shirt I thought I'd give Pickashirt a nudge and see how I went.

Designing a shirt is ridiculously easy. The web page is smooth and feels professional.
There are plenty of materials to choose from and each material has a description which removes the guess work when it comes to material weight.

Next up are the 'extras' which are easily applied to your order. Pay attention here as this is where you get the opportunity to truly customize your shirts.

The final step (other than payment) is to enter your sizes. I have been through the measurement process before so opted to measure a shirt that I know fits well. I'm not sure how but the shirts I received fit even better than the shirt I measured off of. It is a good idea to measure your body but this requires a helping hand - either way there are really helpful guides on how to get the best results.

The shirts were ordered on the 17 February and arrived 9 March - pretty impressive when you consider the challenges COVID has created.

Overall - I wasn't expecting much but the quality of the shirts (material and workmanship) has blown me away. I've paid 2 - 3 times as much for a tailored shirt and you wouldn't be able to split these shirts if you put them side-by-side. Will be placing regular orders with these guys in the hopes that the quality of product will be consistent... I guess only time will tell but for now it's 5 stars. Top work Pickashirt!

I've ordered many shirts and recently two suits. I would encourage anyone looking for tailored shirts/suits to give them a try. Quality is always excellent. I've always thought their products are very good value for money. I dealt with their customer support once when tracking a delayed parcel - overly helpful and responsive. Good operation.

I tried these guys because rather than shopping around for shirts that have the right collar/cuffs I could just select what I want, and they make it. Well the whole experience was excellent. After I placed my order, customer support (Adam) contacted me to confirm some of my measurements. As I was a new customer they spent a fair bit of time helping me get my measurements right which was reassuring. Got the shirt today and love it. Fit is great and the fabric is great quality (I chose Twill Light Blue). At this price point, I will be ordering plenty more. Can't recommend them enough.
