Brilliant quality print on canvas

Brilliant quality print on canvas and lovely that it is set in a frame. Always get my canvas's from here and never been disappointed. Good customer service when I have had to contact them too. Easy to order too.

Always found the service excellent and…

Always found the service excellent and product superb. As I only get 120cm x 80cm canvas prints I've tended to use a 'proper' camera image but this latest print was from a basic Android 'phone and I was shocked how good the result was.
Also, impressed with the Yodel delivery, not just the tracking facility but also the ability to deliver a large very fragile box without any damage!

Impeccable

Impressive service as usual from Picanova. Production and delivery are usually managed very smoothly and professionally without any issues but, if any, they will also handle the query and solve the matter quickly and with no hassle for the customer. Been a customer of them for more than 7 years. Can fully recommend.

The service was let down by the delivery

The product was beautiful. But the delivery was very unsatisfactory. First I was told delivery date was 3rd August and I arranged to be in on this day. At 10.16 on the 2nd I was told delivery would be between 10.53 and 12.53 That day. I was out and could make no other arrangements for the parcel which was left on my doorstep without my consent I live on a main road with my front porch in Full view of passers by. Luckily my neighbour came home that afternoon and saw the parcel so took it in for me
The lack of safety regarding the delivery would make me dubious about placing any more orders
