A shop to trust

After a 1st approach at the phone with some clerks (not really the best), I had the chance to talk directly to the Boss that was VERY Riable and VERY kind in all my requests. The Item arrived at home PERFECTLY and professional at 101%. My hint ask for the boss (Mido is the name) and you'll be satisfied for Sure! (y)

THIEVES

Disaster class on how to treat the customer. I ordered a pair of speaker stands to gift for a birthday and they came broken. They took forever to send the replacement pair so they arrived after the birthday. Within 14 days I contacted them for a return and refund and they told me that the 14 days count from the date the first product arrived (even though they took over a week to get the replacement pair to me) 😂 They didn't agree to the refund until I mentioned that I would involve the AGCM. Now it has been over a month since I sent back the product and they have not refunded yet the product nor answer my emails. Probably the only way to get my money back will be by filing a dispute on Paypal. What a disgraceful company. DO NOT BUY HERE.
