Such beautiful products, everything is wonderful!

I bought the antique onyx crazy paving mosaic to decorate the shower area in my apartment. The delivery was impeccable, the product arrived in perfect condition, being well packaged and protected, I also received prompt and informed advice for the appropriate grout, and the final result was amazing... the stone is particularly beautiful, and my bathroom looks exactly as I dreamed, the look is really sophisticated, of course the result also depends on the skill of the installer and the rest of the decorative elements...

Good materials, I ordered granite for my backyard from then, I received exactly what I ordered in the agreed delivery time, I want to also thank mr. George for all the advice he gave.

The product that I have ordered is as described - very efficient in removing adhesive stains from stoneware. Fair price and fast delivery.

I ordered some decorative black stones, that came in perfect shape and they looked exactly how I wanted.

Company was very helpful during the ordering process and stones looked exactly the way I expected them. Also price was very good. However, shipping was delayed (which was not a big problem for me).

I placed an order for 2 x 1litre of MPG Sealer … it arrived on time. Unfortunately due to the postman trying to force the parcel into the post box, the lid of one of the containers was damaged and ( because he put it into the post box upside down) it leaked everywhere. I reported this to Piatraonline and, even though it was not their fault, they sent a replacement, free of charge ( and postage free, immediately. Perfect…. I think that is how I see them now to be fair.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lady Casino. After accumulating winnings of €66,000 in my account and successfully completing their extensive verification process, my account was suddenly closed without any clear explanation.

I followed all their rules and provided all the documents they requested, which were reviewed and approved. Despite this, they unjustly confiscated my funds, leaving me without any justification or meaningful response.

This raises serious concerns about their integrity and transparency. Players should exercise extreme caution when using this casino, as it appears they may seize significant winnings without accountability.

I am still waiting for an official response and a resolution, but so far, my experience has been nothing but negative.

I strongly advise potential players to stay away from Lady Casino until they address such issues and prove they operate fairly.

They delivered the first top counter broken, then they did not answer the phone to help find a solution. The sales person did not show any customer care or empathy so was not much of help. We requested a discount for the second order we had, or a partial refund for the first order and all we got back was a request to delete the google review. Now, we are still waiting for the second order which was promised to be delivered in 2 weeks, this is the forth!!! A recommendation for this company? To start selling cheese, you cant mess that up. A recommendation for future customers? Avoid this headache, pay 100 euros more for a better company.
