I have had the same problem- ordered a box of 4 and charged £102 … I cancelled the lot and have had numerous emails saying they are refunding me and still nothing … I am going to report them

Ordered GPL I weight lose vials off face book site.. I ordered 1 box to start with paid via pay pal, received email to say I hadn’t completed order so clicked link taken back to the page and there was ad on the page for discount purchasing more.. I didn’t want more so pressed the complete icon stupidly, I ended up with a £14 purchase turning into £52 purchase for another 6 boxes 🫣as this icon ordered the extra products.
A few weeks later I received 7 boxes which I didn’t want !
I opened the GPL box and there were six sealed vials of a clear liquid. No leaflet, no instructions,no ingredient info, no instruction of how to take, or side effect, nothing inside.
No NHS product would send a drug like this without info instruction, I thought this is a massive scam.
Alarm bells rang there was no way I was taking this drink in the vial, god know what cd be in the vials.
I contact phytrix 2 customer services and after complaining and wanting to returnand refund they emailed back and agreed that I should send photos of product packaging and tracking and they wd send returns info. I did this and despite numerous emails no resonse.
I have opened a case with PayPal my money went into an account named Storm Media .. looking at their reviews they are scammers..
I am waiting for PayPal results.
I know I have been scammed and at 65 feel stupid so anyone reading beware ,
