Terrible shipping and comunication
Bad experience with this equipment provider.
Shipping costs are very high, import taxes and fees excluded. The shipping company charged more than usual for administration fees. Physiosupplies don't give you choice.
The above can be ok, but if you order something for physiotherapy, you usually need it quickly. They promote 3 working days to receive your items, much faster than other providers... Well forget about it: it took 10 days to get my order. I received the notification of the shipping only after I solicited, physiosupplies blamed the shipping company, but looking at the tracking history the shipment was created after my complaining. They do not apologized for missing their promise in delivery and pretend I should deal with the shipping service they chose and pay. Request for partial refund for the shipping was denied: 40eur of shipping cost for a delivery 3 time longer than what promoted is not acceptable nowadays.
