Garantie non respectée sur le lit électrique Nature et Pur'/Warrantee not respected on Nature et Pur' electric bed
We purchased 2 single 'Nature et Pur' electric beds from Physaro (making one King size). Although still on warrantee, the motor on one of them no longer works. They have moved out of Canada and after repeated emails over a period of 2.5 months, they have offered no solution, no compensation, will not even entertain paying for a Canadian repair and are closing the file!! We are stuck with a bed that no longer works! Very poor, actually horrible after sales customer service.*****Nous avons acheté deux lits électriques simples « Nature et Pur » de Physaro (pour obtenir un lit King). Bien que toujours sous garantie, le moteur de l'un d'eux est hors service. L'entreprise a déménagé hors du Canada et, malgré nos nombreux échanges de courriels pendant deux mois et demi, elle n'a proposé aucune solution, aucune compensation, refuse même de prendre en charge une réparation au Canada et classe notre dossier ! Nous nous retrouvons avec un lit inutilisable ! Un service après-vente déplorable, voire catastrophique.
