Customer service seems to be poorly…
Customer service seems to be poorly automated as i got only one email back after i emailed them saying my tracking info hasn’t updated since ordering a few days ago. They got back in a day and said “We have mistakenly not shipped your package, should we ship it out asap along with a gift card? Or would you like to request a return and get your money back” which only ends up being roughly half of what you paid for anyway. I responded within a day and asked if they can ship out my order as soon as possible. I never heard a word back again so i sent multiple more emails and even requested to return it which i was also met with no response for days on end, to which i started trying to get ahold of the owner of the website personally and i still had no response After over 13 days for no response i finally got an email from them… an automated email asking for a review of the order i have not gotten nor have any information of its whereabouts or if its even been packaged yet. Then later that day my order randomly arrived in a purolater delivery van, but with no gift card. Just what i ordered. I’m glad i finally got my order and i don’t care that i didn’t get a gift card, im not a fan of the customer service. It’s definitely not what it used to be. I did receive my order packaged safely, securely and completely unharmed
