Efficient and helpful when looking for my new bathroom layout. A wide range of products and very good quality. Important recommendations for detail of tiling for walls and floors. All products fitted to the exact measurements as detailed in the quotation. Fitters were very helpful and efficient in their work schedule and finished the job in the agreed time limit. All debris was removed as promised. Would definitely recommend the company to my friends and family.

Sourced equipment and furniture from PHS for an en-suite refurbishment. Excellent showroom and very helpful, personable staff. Prepared to be competitive on price so ask them. I accidentally ordered a non standard WC which though returned without packaging they were quite willing to accept back against a replacement which they had ready the next day. I also ordered a shower tray riser kit which when the shower was installed was not required as the tray was able to be mounted on the floor. They were happy to give me a refund for the riser kit. Very happy to recommend this company based on my experience of them.

PHS , professional, helpful service with a user friendly family face. They take the strain out of shower , the bother out of baths and replace it with serine showers and bubbly bubble baths. Choosing , designing and installing a bathroom is a stressful process and project managing ones self can prove problematic, now multiply it by three and what a perfect storm of stress . The best part of the whole experience was Tony and the team at PHS, they never stopped delivering and supporting throughout this experience , from the top quality designs professionally presented through to the technical support, where does this screw go !!!!!!! They even answered the phone on Boxing Day to help. A top team with professional standards, top quality products all delivered in a family friendly way, thank you PHS.

Couldn't fault the service from initial visit to the showroom to finished installation. Jess listened to our brief and translated it to a high quality design specification. Dane and his friendly team arrived promptly every day - even in the snow- and cleared up every evening. Their work was fast, accurate and skilful. We had four rooms completed in time for Christmas as promised. Efficient and well co-ordinated service which gave us bathrooms which are a pleasure to use.

Bathroom Installation

Recently had 2 new bathrooms installed by PHS and their install teams. Design and ordering of products were smooth. Jono very helpful. The install team were very professional and extremely happy with the end result.
Would happily recommend to others.

In mid-2017, we decided to completely rip out our old (20 years) bathroom and also update other plumbing fittings in the house. PHS (Ben) was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He discussed our initial ideas, made helpful suggestions and then (following a site visit) produced a 3-D design which we were able to view on PHS' virtual reality facility at their showroom. The team of fitters did a good job installing all the fittings, were quick, clean and friendly. They all arrived and left on time, so that all the work was completed to schedule.

We had a bathroom fitted in February 2017 and dealt with Jono at PHS. He was excellent and we ended up with two fantastic bathrooms. We were able to source some of the small items ourselves which some companies don't like you doing. The fitter we used was Neil (Butterfly Bathrooms) who worked closely with PHS. His work is outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. He was a pleasure to have in the house and Jono was a pleasure to deal with at PHS. After sales service has also been excellent when one of the shaver points failed.

We have used PHS for several projects and have received great pre-sale advice and assistance. The "CAD suite" to help visualise the proposed layout options was very helpful and offered without cost or obligation.
Deliveries have always been made on schedule and at an agreed time, so projects can proceed as expected.
PHS offer a premium range of products at competitive prices, but do not expect to get "bargain basement" bundle offers. As the old saying goes "You get what you pay for".

We purchased fixtures and fittings for a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom from PHS. The quality of the items supplied was good. The experience of dealing with PHS and their recommended installer was not. We would not recommend them.

Some of the issues we encountered were

- Tile samples requested took weeks to arrive; prompting us to source alternatives from elsewhere

- We were asked on several occasions to pay the balance for our fittings and tiles without being provided a detailed breakdown of the final order and calculation of the outstanding amount (which was requested on several occasions). The amount sought was in fact greater than that actually due.

- The metro tiles delivered for our bathroom were not those requested (but we used them because we were already fed up with dealing with PHS' errors).

- We specified that we'd like a 12" shower head for our shower room. We agreed to buy a Grohe shower which included a 6" head and were told by both our sales contact and the MD that the larger head would be swapped in. When the products were delivered, we queried where the larger shower head was. After numerous phonecalls and emails, PHS finally responded saying that the head was too expensive to give us (we had never actually asked for it to be provided free) and that a cheaper brand could be offered but it wouldn't provide a great experience with the shower system we had purchased. Nothing of this nature was mentioned in the showroom - we ended up with something that wasn't the spec we had requested.

- When the incorrect basin mixer was provided - it was insinuated that it was the one we had ordered, despite that clearly not being the case. We had to request a refund (rather that being offered) for the difference in price.

- When the basin mixer and a WC were swapped, incorrect items were taken back by PHS and then had to be redelivered causing delays to the installation.

- PHS discontinued its relationship with our installer, despite being fully aware that our job had not been completed.

At the time of writing, none of the three rooms are finished and PHS have suggested that the earliest they can find someone to do so is in six months time!

Really very friendly service. Quite a few issues with the delivery and communication around bespoke shower screen on order but PHS did sort out in the end.

I will use them again as the quality of materials is very good and I trust they will resolve any issues which always seem to happen in the building industry, just have to be patient

Cannot fault the materials supplied, great styles and quality. Staff very helpful during the whole process of upgrading my Bathroom & En-Suite. All delivered in readiness on time for the work to begin.
Having waited several years to get these two rooms modernised, finally in a position to do both at the same time, it turned into one of the worse experiences I have ever had with tradespeople.

- BUT OH SO BADLY LET DOWN BY THE FITTER THAT PHS BATHROOMS CONTRACTED TO DO THE WORK -

The work was dragged out of the course of 3 weeks, as he worked mostly mornings only. Dust sheets were filthy, causing dust to lay everywhere, even before work started.
Work carried out appeared, at best a DIY job. Misreading of plan, poor finishing in all aspects. Items misaligned, parts missed, ceiling left with badly filled hole which was made in error, the flooring, which was laid by the same fitter is lifting & puckering.
Silicone filling everywhere, silicone filler missed where it was needed.
Today I have actually briefed someone else to rectify and make good some of the faults, just don't want that fitter to be back in my home. Not all his faults can be made good, so have to live with them.

TO CLARIFY, CONTRARY to the reply received below from PHS. which I just sited and didnt see until today. I was told the work would take 1 week. I can also confirm that no money was witheld in respect of any work carried out by the fitter or supplier, that at no point did he return to rectify and make good any fitting faults. I actually paid another person to sort out some of the faults and few I have to live with. (Aditionally his dust sheets were absolutely filthy)

PHS and Sandra in particular did a great job sorting out the toilet fixtures I needed, and recommended an excellent plumber to fit them.

We were told that the bath screen we ordered opened both in and out. It opens out fine but does not actually open inwards. Perhaps we were asking the impossible given our other requirements but would rather have been told that.
We were told in the shop that the installer would charge about £200 for the installation. We pointed out that we also wanted a bath plug fitting and were told that the installer would come round and quote for this. We next heard that he was coming round to fit everything and when we asked about quoting for the cost of fitting the bath plug as well were told by the shop that it would still only cost about £200. When the installer arrived, he quoted £350 which we felt compelled to accept otherwise we would be sending him away while we got other quotes.
On the day the installer turned up 1.5 hours late but did stay until 7.15 pm to finish job. Next day we noticed that he had omitted to use the screw caps provided, that he had omitted to put sealant along the bottom edge of the fixed panel and later that he had fitted the hinges upside down, which was why the seals weren't working.
We put the sealant on ourselves. On contacting the installer we established that the screw caps had been binned. After a number of days, he did obtain replacement screw caps and fixed the hinges.
To be fair, he was under pressure to finish as we had been going out at 7pm and had put this back to 7.15 to give him time (although if he hadn't been late arriving...).
The bath screen is now satisfactorily fitted and working (although not opening inwards) but still not a very confidence inspiring experience!

My dealings with PHS were fine - they were friendly and initially kept me informed. However, the installation was a nightmare. The shower door had been incorrectly measured and did not fit, so installation was delayed waiting for a new door. Then, during installation I had two substantial leaks on different occasions, with water flooding the room below. This resulted in an insurance claim and subsequent remedial work. The whole experience was dreadful and what should have been a trouble free purchase proved to be incredibly stressful and time consuming. I am still worried about the integrity of the installation and water damage.

Extremely pleased with the finished result of the shower room and downstair cloakroom. We cannot praise the fitting team of Guy, Robin and Dan highly enough for their hard work and workmanship. We would certainly recommend the company and the fitting team.
